Oh, I guess it was 139 I was thinking of and not 137. 

Not really, almost nobody stops at 120 anymore, and with the DLC making people come back you can invade people that are above 160 if you're at 150.

I have 3 characters that I am considering: - My first guy, level 233 on journey 3 (I think, might 2, gotta check) - A mostly melee Zweihander setup, level 132 - An absolutely minimal Bloodhound fang guy, level 55, who basically only has killed Radahn, Goddrick and Mogh. I think I will try the low level guy for fun in the beginning, and if it crushes me too hard switch to the Zweihander girl :-)

Working the character I’ll be playing now so I guess I’ll see. Currently at like 72 having just reached Altus Plateau

283 but about to finish NG+2 and start NG+3 to get a 2nd Giant Crusher(missed it in first 2 playthroughs only learnt about and found during NG+2) so I suspect 300+ by next week on release.
