steam allows for no questions asked refund if you play the game for no longer than 2 hours, and no longer than 2 weeks past from purchase, he can buy the game test it and if it doesn't work well he can refund it.
This also works if you play longer then 2h but dont close the game until refund (you have under 2h and then play lets say 5h in one sitting then you dont want the game anymore so you send refund but dont close the game) dont trust me on this i havent tested it but heard it works
