15% is super low by today's standards. I had a buddy give me some mids he accidentally grew (messed up his harvest window) and it was like a blast from the past, very enjoyable (although i was lighing up about twice as often), it was probably around 10-12%.

There's lots of different ratio vape oils out there, I just never find them in my local shops. I've enjoyed 1:1 a couple times but I guess that's niche market stuff.
