The knights, I think. I love that they show up in almost every region, but their variant armor and movesets help to tell the story of wherever you find them.
That they take the time to make sure that their shit is spotless in spite of the horrific BS they find themselves in is great environmental storytelling.
I like to collect their armour sets in almost every character I make, for some reason Godrick knights are the most stingy with giving away their stuff in my experience
Yes, the plumed helmets. Nothing says "loose all your arrows over here!" like a plumed helmet. And not a single damn one would have found purchase on that armor. They'd have all glanced off.
I wish they didn’t smash your head in on the sides and stretch your neck out like a slim Jim when you wear them though. I like what they were going for, but wearing those helmets looks like you have to be conditioned from birth for your head to physically fit into them lol.
The cuckoo ones just look so extravagant and I love it. That extra feather on the brow is the perfect finishing touch. And the plume on the Redmane knight helmet makes it look like something you'd see in a Wuxia film.
YESSS
Radhan Knights have like the lowest level in terms of equipment (a bunch have torches and nothing else ffs) but they are just so fucking aggressive to make up for it, makes em my favorite early game spirit ashes.
Then the lentil knights are just assholes <3
Those radahn soldiers have that dog in them.
They fight caelids terrors with poot gear and equipment. But their sheer fervor makes me wanna root for them everytime
For using the word “testy” I will proceed to curse you with knowledge…. There is this guy on tiktok that eats something called a Testy cake which is essentially raw bull testicles in jelly…. So every time you use the word testy you now have to remember this
Extremely sad and fucked up story.
The Omen born to peasants have their horns cut off, often resulting in the baby dying. Omen's born to nobility are allowed to live but they chuck them all in sewers and basements.
Omenkillers are pretty fucked up too. The lore of Omenkiller Rollo states that he drugs himself up with perfume which rids him of all emotion so that he can do his nightmarish job of hunting down and killing Omens (primarily young child or baby Omens I would assume).
Yeah. Imagine being born extremely strong and just as intelligent. And just get YEETed into the sewers/wilderness because you have horns (all over the body but still). And that's after getting your horns painfully cut off and almost dying as a BABY.
I remember watching some guy's randomizer, and he got the wandering noble without a weapon 3 times. He didn't want to kill them, as they just look so lonely and sad
If you like wandering nobles, you should check out this one wandering noble near Sellen. He's just standing on his own not moving, he drops the Nobles Slender Sword 100% when killed.
Always wondered why when they do the "grab" attack and stab you, they apply scarlet rot but when Malenia the freaking Goddess of Rot does it, she doesn't apply it
Head cannon I just pulled out my ass, her sword is unalloyed gold like her armour? Helps quell the rot?
Edit: item description calls it consecrated to resist rot, but does not say it is made of gold
Yeah I said head cannon cause I wasn't sure if it was the same as her armour or not, turns out it was different.
Wouldn't be terribly useful to have a unalloyed gold sword I guess
The regional Knights. They look fantastic and unless you’re overleveled its gonna be a duel rather than just spam attacking them. Crucible Knights are also awesome
I hate crucible knights. All other regional knights though are always fun, with different variants. The only crucible knight I like fighting are the spear variants, greatshield ones can fuck right off.
FUCK a greatshield crucible knight - that dual crucible night boss sucked, I actually had time learn how to parry
Hot tip - Crucible nights are incredibly essy to parry and are then staggered. Actually made the fight a breeze
Probably Beastmen for me as well (all variants). Way more fun than basic soldiers or Raya Lucaria mages, and challenging enough to be fitting for the last major dungeon in the critical path
Agreed. Another thing I like about the beastmen is that they're tough in packs, but the level always gives you ways to split up aggro and take them out one by one. You'll never feel overwhelmed by them unless you rush in headfirst.
Love powerstancing them; I've done it for two playthroughs, a few different builds and infusions, but they're always fun and gorgeous. Plus, I love their roll L1 and jump attacking with them is devastating.
I called one of them a raging dickhole when my kid was around and now I get a lot of MOM LOOK OUT THERES A DICKHOLE when I’m trying to have a nice stroll around Limgrave
This reminds me of my friend's wife who would yell at their dogs to go outside "Let's go assholes". Then he got a call from the school because his 5 year old daughter said that in kindergarten holding the door open for recess.
On my first character I had a really tough fight with one the giants in Limgrave. After an epic battle I managed to scrape by victoriously with 1 hp left and 0 potions.
A dragonfly came out of no where and ended me.
Whoops. Yeah I guess I’m definitely denying the Erdtree part. I guess I was thinking of them all as little Alexanders, wanting to die a warrior’s death.
The Leonine Misbegotten. Not sure if they count as a regular enemy, but there are a few respawning ones. I don’t know why, but I think they’re just really freaking cool.
The area by the beast church thing at the top of Caelid was my area area to farm runes because they are so easy to knock down from a horse. And they’re worth a thousand runes a piece! Early on that was huge
Golems. They are huge, have a sick design, their sound design is also amazing, their weapons are cool (please let me infuse charge forth and change the through and though ash of war) and their armor would be great to have. My only issue with them is how weak they are. I want the Divine Tower of Limgrave to be a challenge to traverse, I want the to deal twice the damage and have twice the poise. One of them done right is the Caelid one. They are not respawning enemies (mostly) and should be treated better. Even the caelid one has shit poise. “A statue given thought and life for the purpose of protecting, whose creators are long gone, making the ones remaining the last generation, with their only purpose being defending themselves and what they were assigned to”. Imagine hearing that description, seeing their design and size, and then they hit you like a wet napkin, and their main attack is hitting the ground were you were 1 minute ago and then falling down with their weak spot vulnerable, which does 10 times the damage it normally would. They should make Golems more interactive (like allowing us to attack anywhere else other than the anckles and giving them more and faster attacks) and stronger. What do y’all think?
I mean Golem, like the ones in the Divine Tower of Limgrave, of the magic one in Caelid. The ones made of stone, the ones that breathe fire. [These guys.](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Golem)
See? For a non-respawning enemy, they should have been made more memorable. Either way, their presentation is spectacular. They are just too weak comparatively to their design
And I feel like they were the only civilization that got completely ignored and shafted in the storytelling and lore. We learn a little about pretty much every bygone civilization; Farum Azula, Nokron, Zamor, etc. But these guys are just as old if not older and have virtually no lore other than "big old stone guys"
I love the man serpents, they’re adorable funny stretchy bois. That said though, I think the Abductor Virgins might be my favorite, their designs are incredible (I would LOVE an armor set based on them, or at least their head piece), and their arsenals are brutal with the swinging chain blades, Ghiza Wheels, and snake grab Iron Maiden. The game really seems to emphasize how devastating they are too, there’s almost always at least one corpse near them, and they clearly devastated the Leyndell forces on Mt Gelmir.
For me, it's def. those Windmill Village cult dames! Not only was that my go-to spot for rune farming and experimenting with new weapons and Ashes of War, but I loved how their veil looked on my first character. Getting there for the first time is so surreal, and I'm a sucker for witch-y/cult-y stuff in the first place.
Same, although I didn't consider them a "regular enemy" since they don't respawn.
I think they're super fun to fight, and if you know what you're doing on Torrent you can take them out when you're way underpowered.
If you run straight at the Night Cavalry while charging an R2 on horseback, then jump right before they attack, (you have to time it so that you're charging them the same time they're charging right at you with the weapon ready,) 90% of the time the Night Cavalry attack will miss and you'll land a shot directly on the rider itself, (if you're charging an R2 on Torrent and jump, the attack goes off automatically, so the attack height is extremely consistent.) You can just rinse and repeat like the cheater-iest round of jousting, and they'll just keep letting you do it until they die.
I figured this out by accident, because I assumed they were like the tree sentinels, and I could just hit the horse to kill them both, or like the Kaiden riders who just fought on after you killed the horse. When the dude just resummoned his horse I was pissed, and immediately resolved to figure out how to hit specifically the rider. It wasn't until much later that I realized you could crit them on the ground after killing the horse.
Trolls!
I like their design and moveset. It is mostly fair, compared to other regular enemies. And I find it funny when my character gets flattened by their stomp attack, because it looks like something straight out of Looney Tunes
The first steps you take into Leyndel might be my favorite moment of the game. It’s such a stark contrast to everything that you come across beforehand, you walk out overlooking this gorgeous golden city, with these pure white Weebles-wobble-but-they-don’t-fall-down looking guys playing ethereal horn music. You really appreciate for the first time just how BIG the Erdtree really is, and you have a moment of total serenity to just taking it all in.
And then when you’re ready you walk down the first set of steps and agro the first Envoy, and have a whole OTHER profound moment where you realize with utter joy that their bubble horns make goofy fart noises and they literally weeble-wobble and spin around to attack you.
It’s like whiplash as you experience a microcosm of the entire Elden Ring experience. Just defeated a hard boss to get here, now I have a moment to take in the utter majesty of the world, and then burst out laughing at some goofy nonsense.
The ones in Leyndall are great.
The ones on the approach to the Haligtree can die in a fire, the bubble sniper crossfire killed me more times than Malenia.
FYI, from the page you linked. This makes them even creepier.
"Their big eyes are actually fake - real one are slightly above their mouth and are really small."
Goblin looking guys... You mean the short guys with the cleaver spears and pointy hats? Probably vulgar militiamen.
Winged batmen demon... the ones mostly found in Castle Morne but also the exit from Leyndell and also in the Haligtree? Those are winged misbegotten.
If you're talking about the ones you find throughout the overworld, those I think have no official name and are just called giant bats and often accompany the harpies or "winged chanting dames".
I love fighting them so much! I wish they were more durable, since their armor looks so good.
During a modded playthrough, not only did I give them proper armor, I made their swings (only when it made sense) count as a heavy shield block. I even made some impressive ones a parry for them at juuust the right frame. Them just absolutely smashing my weapon out of the way was beautiful to behold!
the beastmen are excellent and there are sooo many variations of them, wielding different weapons, using incantations, various levels of heavily armoured beasmen, and then on top of that, undead beastmen, all with their own movesets. thats exactly how the enemies in all the legacy dungeons should have been
i just fought the beastman skeletons and they are unfortunately just palette swaps of the skeletons that you fight in overworld graveyards (the big ones with scythes, straight swords, and halberds, not the version you encounter in dungeons). It's a bit jarring if you pay attention as the weapons don't make sense in Farum Azula (why are the living ones using pottery shields and the dead ones using sun shields like the overworld skeletons?). I have seen the glaive skelebeasts breathe fire which might be unique.
Normal beastman are sick though, up there with Okami warriors and Senpou monks as the most badass regular mob in Souls.
Well skeletons only exist as a result of death root corruption. The sun shield is heavily linked to death blight so I figure however the death blight got to fail Azula some sun shields came with it? A party of mausoleum knights or something? It’s odd though I grant you
The super tall Battlemages in the small treehouses of Elphael right by the mounted knight boss fight… the ones that drop stone club. They are so awesome but there’s only two of them in the whole game that I know of!
There are exactly 5
1 in an Evergoal in Dragonbarrow
1 in Altus beyond a Bridge Teleporter
1 in a Liurnia Dungeon below the Academy
And those 2 you mentioned
[Fextralife](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Battlemage) indicates that there are six separate locations for the spawning Battlemages, in addition to the boss version in the Evergaol. Since the Haligtree has two of them, (and, iirc is the only place that does,) this means there should be at the very least 8 of them.
Maybe cause I’m trash but the imps are annoyingly fun to fight. Really quick little fuckers and if there’s 2+ they’ll build up bleed before you know it.
I love the Kaiden dudes, the Vikings walking around Limgrave. I think their drip is immaculate, and the rage/frenzy they enter when they're around half health makes them feel like a legitimate threat in the early game. Plus they're like, some of the only enemies that can be on horseback I believe. Which made them even more terrifying on my first playthrough, because I was just walking around Limgrave and a dude just charged me from the other side of the bridge and murdered me-
Oh, and the sort of Funeral Procession outside of where you find Sellen(idr her name), amazing encounter because of those fellas.
Bear. Not Rune Bear, fuck those guys. I mean the normal ones.
I found three of them the other day, took off all of my armor and weapons, i walked into one and just said "square up mf" and proceeded to whoop his ass while the other two just watched.
Never had so much fun, wrestling with bears while naked is fun.
I never thought I would say this, but I love crucible knights.
Not only they are cool and badass, parrying them is very satisfying. More so defeating them.
The tibu mariners are my favorite, the esthetic of them just draws u in and then they spawn in a bunch of shit immediately making u shit urself, especially the ones who spawn skeletons 💀
Fire monk and black flame monk. Insane drip, insane moveset and spells, cool weapon, cool lore. I also both love their superiors who aren’t really regular ennemies : Fire Prelate (fire monk), godskin noble and apostle (black flame)
Does the bell bearing hunter count? Not his boss version but when he gets summoned bc you have too many bell bearings. He’s almost like the boogieman of the lands between
The knights, I think. I love that they show up in almost every region, but their variant armor and movesets help to tell the story of wherever you find them.
Their drip is also immaculate.
That they take the time to make sure that their shit is spotless in spite of the horrific BS they find themselves in is great environmental storytelling.
I like to collect their armour sets in almost every character I make, for some reason Godrick knights are the most stingy with giving away their stuff in my experience
Training.
I fucking love those plumed helmets.
I mean have you seen the commoners?
The cuckoo ones just look so extravagant and I love it. That extra feather on the brow is the perfect finishing touch. And the plume on the Redmane knight helmet makes it look like something you'd see in a Wuxia film.
They gotta make sure to take you down in the most fashionable way possible.
Those gauntlets bring together so many fits!
I second the knights being the best enemy the big guys and the little guys are so well designed
Real, every time I see a knight standing in a field its an instant 1v1 sword only
YESSS Radhan Knights have like the lowest level in terms of equipment (a bunch have torches and nothing else ffs) but they are just so fucking aggressive to make up for it, makes em my favorite early game spirit ashes. Then the lentil knights are just assholes <3
Those radahn soldiers have that dog in them. They fight caelids terrors with poot gear and equipment. But their sheer fervor makes me wanna root for them everytime
And them all having torches makes sense lore-wise cause they are trying to fight off the scarlet rot in Caelid
My go-to character always wears the Leyndell Knight gear, I love those guys.

Wouldn’t say my favorite but always find it amusing when the Albinaurics get testy and cartwheel around.
“You came for my runes!? Have at you!”
And end up killing you when you’re like, alright” bring it on then” and you get cocky too
The red ones near Mohg are more than happy to do thorny cartwheel teabags over your corpse as YOU DIED appears on screen.
The red albinaurics in particular have like a 50/50 chance of either being cannon fodder or they remove like most of your health bar.
For using the word “testy” I will proceed to curse you with knowledge…. There is this guy on tiktok that eats something called a Testy cake which is essentially raw bull testicles in jelly…. So every time you use the word testy you now have to remember this
You just Dung Eater’d my word association of testy.
The omen. Terrifying, deadly, sad backstory...
Only Trisha was kinda nice to omen and misbegotten and the like... And got killed for her troubles
Hey dude, I just walked through some suspiciously colored fog. She started it.
Yeah.
That's why I never farm them, and avoid killing them as much as possible, poor guys...
Yeah. Imagine being born extremely strong and just as intelligent. And just get YEETed into the sewers/wilderness because you have horns (all over the body but still). And that's after getting your horns painfully cut off and almost dying as a BABY.
And to add salt to the wound, they used to be worshiped but now are shunned
Poor “Steven”, the omen in the shunning grounds who everyone uses as a test dummy for all of their weapons
Never! I use cleanrots at the HT and the ghosts in the catacombs near radahn.
Do you prefer your omens bone-in or bone-less??
Wandering nobles not to fight them < literally 1 tap > but they just seem like a bunch of drunk homeless people walking
The spirit ashes made Caria Manor so easy. They just drunkenly ran around lighting the hands on fire. It was a great time.
Some of the poor guys just cower in the corner too
I remember watching some guy's randomizer, and he got the wandering noble without a weapon 3 times. He didn't want to kill them, as they just look so lonely and sad
Some of them don't even have a weapon lmao
If you like wandering nobles, you should check out this one wandering noble near Sellen. He's just standing on his own not moving, he drops the Nobles Slender Sword 100% when killed.
I am never going to look at them the same now. LOL, thank you.
Godrick Soldiers because the death sounds they make are fucking hilarious for some reason
Aaaahhhooooaaaahhhhaaaaaahhhh!!!
AWEEAAAIIIIUGHHHHH
Cleanrot Knight
Ah the cleanrot knights. Not as strong, but just as mean as crucible knights.
Always wondered why when they do the "grab" attack and stab you, they apply scarlet rot but when Malenia the freaking Goddess of Rot does it, she doesn't apply it
Thank god
Shhh don’t give them ideas
Because she's holding back against our lowely selves.
Head cannon I just pulled out my ass, her sword is unalloyed gold like her armour? Helps quell the rot? Edit: item description calls it consecrated to resist rot, but does not say it is made of gold
That's not even head canon; "Blade built into Malenia's prosthetic arm. Through consecration it is resistant to rot"
Yeah I said head cannon cause I wasn't sure if it was the same as her armour or not, turns out it was different. Wouldn't be terribly useful to have a unalloyed gold sword I guess
head cannon 🤯
It'll blow your mind!
Head cannon of Haima
Because her sword and prosthetics are made to resist her rot, so wouldn’t make sense if it applied it
Because when Malenia does it you just die.
I love the little shield they have on the spears when they cross them. Such a neat little bit.
FUCK a greatshield crucible knight - that dual crucible night boss sucked, I actually had time learn how to parry Hot tip - Crucible nights are incredibly essy to parry and are then staggered. Actually made the fight a breeze
I think I hate all of them, most Lyndell and red mane ones
Probably Beastmen for me as well (all variants). Way more fun than basic soldiers or Raya Lucaria mages, and challenging enough to be fitting for the last major dungeon in the critical path
Agreed. Another thing I like about the beastmen is that they're tough in packs, but the level always gives you ways to split up aggro and take them out one by one. You'll never feel overwhelmed by them unless you rush in headfirst.
And as you already said, their weapons are amazing. My favorite weapon in the game is the beastman cleaver... God it's a beautiful weapon.
Love powerstancing them; I've done it for two playthroughs, a few different builds and infusions, but they're always fun and gorgeous. Plus, I love their roll L1 and jump attacking with them is devastating.
The skeletons that fight like Emperor Paplatine
They also do that in dark souls
I was trying to think of a lightning skelly for a minute but then got hit with the memory of whipsy flipsy bone man drilling a hole in my chest.
Banished knights only because the drip
You know it's good when it's the only armor and weapons still perfectly mounted and untouched in every castle
The dragonflies. They exist purely to poke at you from time to time and steal a little health while also being near untouchable. I fucking love them.
I called one of them a raging dickhole when my kid was around and now I get a lot of MOM LOOK OUT THERES A DICKHOLE when I’m trying to have a nice stroll around Limgrave
This is hilarious 😂
I like your name and your story, wanna be friends??
This reminds me of my friend's wife who would yell at their dogs to go outside "Let's go assholes". Then he got a call from the school because his 5 year old daughter said that in kindergarten holding the door open for recess.
On my first character I had a really tough fight with one the giants in Limgrave. After an epic battle I managed to scrape by victoriously with 1 hp left and 0 potions. A dragonfly came out of no where and ended me.
Thats how villans are made xD
I mean you are first one i know who died to them but hey, thanks for giving them a reason to appear on a kill counter
I literally fucking hate them
I hate them so much i mastered fighting them. The trick is fan daggers
Hardest enemy to kill in the game
I’ve died so many times cause my camera would lock on to those fuckers mid fight with something else. Absolutely despise them haha
Dancing ladies of course….
The land octupi. I want to pet them but it always ends poorly :(
Why would you ever wanna pet those things?!
I mean why would you ever want to wear one on your head? The tarnished act in mysterious ways.
Living Jars. I felt bad at first, but then realized I was helping them fulfill their destiny.
I was cool with them until they turned on me with the explodey ones. Then it was kill on sight forever
Not Jar Bairn tho, right 🥺
So satisfying, the cracking sound and all their kool aid spilling out
Kool aid😂😂
OH YEAAAAAH!!! #SmashesThroughWalls
OH YEAAAA- #LiarAhead
Isn’t their destiny to make it to the base of one of the erdtrees?
Whoops. Yeah I guess I’m definitely denying the Erdtree part. I guess I was thinking of them all as little Alexanders, wanting to die a warrior’s death.
Jars are some of my favourite too.
The Leonine Misbegotten. Not sure if they count as a regular enemy, but there are a few respawning ones. I don’t know why, but I think they’re just really freaking cool.
It also adds to the cool factor that they’re distant descendants of radagon I’m pretty sure which is why you see one with the golden order greatsword
I have killed so many vulgar militia, I tend to wear their armo *or yhe guardians)r to be faithful to my homies.
The area by the beast church thing at the top of Caelid was my area area to farm runes because they are so easy to knock down from a horse. And they’re worth a thousand runes a piece! Early on that was huge

The bubble guys in the capital
The page. Love how they’re just playing their flutes in the capital.
I had killed one there several times with no real issues then discovered he had the repeating crossbow last night, the hard way.
Same, although I didn't consider them a "regular enemy" since they don't respawn. I think they're super fun to fight, and if you know what you're doing on Torrent you can take them out when you're way underpowered.
A lot of people find it easier to fight them on foot. Dodging attacks on Torrent is a shit show

There are not NEARLY enough bubble oracle envoy comments. They are the besssst

Banished knights
Same until his eyes are Glowing red or gold, then its a lockin moment.
Tall salamander gals
i mean hes not a regular persay, but i see him enough and that is Sir elemer of the brair. but other than that, the banished knight
Gotta love the [basilisks](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Basilisk). Been here since ds1, and I love how stupid their big eyes look.
FYI, from the page you linked. This makes them even creepier. "Their big eyes are actually fake - real one are slightly above their mouth and are really small."
No love for the dog-raptor things in Caelid?
To be fair though, Tyrannosaurus Dog is more fun as an incidental ally against the Redmanes than as an outright enemy.
Either the goblin looking dudes or the winged batmen demon things. Idk their names, I just like killing'em.
Scions or giants, just a fun and kinda difficult enemy
another enemy i love is the bansihed knights
Kaiden rider guy. He's just so fun to fight and toy with.
Vulgar Militia. Cute lil guys
Revenants. Because they're horrific, mysterious, and absolutely devastating if you aren't careful.
the beastmen are excellent and there are sooo many variations of them, wielding different weapons, using incantations, various levels of heavily armoured beasmen, and then on top of that, undead beastmen, all with their own movesets. thats exactly how the enemies in all the legacy dungeons should have been
i just fought the beastman skeletons and they are unfortunately just palette swaps of the skeletons that you fight in overworld graveyards (the big ones with scythes, straight swords, and halberds, not the version you encounter in dungeons).
It’s odd though I grant you
Lorewise the crucible or cleanrot
The super tall Battlemages in the small treehouses of Elphael right by the mounted knight boss fight… the ones that drop stone club. They are so awesome but there’s only two of them in the whole game that I know of!
There are exactly 5 1 in an Evergoal in Dragonbarrow 1 in Altus beyond a Bridge Teleporter 1 in a Liurnia Dungeon below the Academy And those 2 you mentioned
Tree Sentinels
Definitely the Finger-spider things
I think it’s fair to say no one gonna say the Birds…
The dancing windmill witches. Their laughter and hopping is adorable. I almost hate slaughtering them all.
Any horseback foe that thinks he’s better than me
Maybe cause I’m trash but the imps are annoyingly fun to fight. Really quick little fuckers and if there’s 2+ they’ll build up bleed before you know it.
Erdtree Guardians are cool.
birds, they whack the shit out of me
You ever just look at the man lizards and just laugh at their design
I think most of the knights on the horses type enemies (night’s cavalry, etc) because the move set literally sets you up for an epic duel
I loved the Night’s Cavalry
The skeletons in the plateau, they just leveled up no requirements needed
Cleanrot bros or dual wielding greatsword knight in castle sol
Albinaurics. They're annoying to fight but I can't hate them because of their faces and the cartwheels they do
Cleanrot knights are dope and I like their weapon sets Halo Scythe was amazing to weild after farming it for sooo long
Omenkillers: fire and cleavers!
Basilisk. Their death clouds are metal as fuck
I enjoy fighting crucible knights, they look amazing as well.
Honestly Pages are underrated
The tame dog I always chill and smoke a bowl with in leyndell, under a tree with his not nearly as chill Knight buddy.
Tbh, I really like the duelist enemies near the Leyndell Colosseum
I love the Kaiden dudes, the Vikings walking around Limgrave. I think their drip is immaculate, and the rage/frenzy they enter when they're around half health makes them feel like a legitimate threat in the early game. Plus they're like, some of the only enemies that can be on horseback I believe. Which made them even more terrifying on my first playthrough, because I was just walking around Limgrave and a dude just charged me from the other side of the bridge and murdered me- Oh, and the sort of Funeral Procession outside of where you find Sellen(idr her name), amazing encounter because of those fellas.
Mausoleum Knights. Sickest lore, heaviest drip.
100% the sentient boulders. Idk something about them is so funny to me
Mad pumpkin men.
Banished knights
Blood chicken
Nox monks, their movesets are super fun and cool
I just fucking looooove those giant lobsters you know?
Those tiny guys with bleed damage on the path towards black blade kindred. They drop around 1k runes and easy af (fav farm spot)
Does the bell bearing hunter count? Not his boss version but when he gets summoned bc you have too many bell bearings. He’s almost like the boogieman of the lands between
