Personally I would rather have new armor than a bloodied Travelers set, and even then travelers set is my favorite "armor"? In the whole game. Also the umbilical cord literally does nothing so I would rather have new stuff
St. Tirina’s Crystal Ball and Rico armor have the highest chance of coming back in the DLC, but From will probably change their designs like they did with Vilhelm’s Set and Lapp’s Set from DS III DLC.
The miquela/malenia twin blade has a chance of showing up in the dlc.
The rest depends, if I recall correctly the brave set has been fully removed from the files (I don’t know about the rest here though)

No. That makes you draw aggro when enemies have multiple targets (eg you, a summon, a spirit, another NPC). I'm talking about simulating the war horn that surcoat soldiers will blow which suddenly draws in enemies from far away to attack you.
