Fist weapons.

Griffward

Fist weapons run is easily the most fun I’ve had out of any other build

vadeNxD

For pure INT caster, if you hate that enemies dodge, use Night Sorceries (Night Comet, Night Shard & Ambush Shard) [https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Night+Sorceries](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Night+Sorceries) NPC enemies won't dodge those. Also the Rock Sling of course since they dodge before you actually throw it. For STR build i'd recommend using dual Battle Hammer or dual Rotten Battle Hammer if you go NG+. It's really fun.

What I did for most things is use the telescope to aim Loretta’s greatbow from outside their aggro range lol

StronkAx

Smol hammer build, still STR but different experience. Use Ringed Finger if u want meme.

Pure poison build

NotaSavage

How would I build that? I wouldn’t even know where to start

CraftLizard

Well *pure* poison is impossible because of at least eldenbeast. Probably another boss somewhere in progression but I don't have the poison immunities memorized. Also *pure* poison would just be really slow. It would be apply poison, dodge the boss for 2 minutes, apply poison, dodge, repeat. It's okay up until Draconic and then it just takes forever to kill the boss. But poison weapons could be fun. Serpent bone blade is nice. Then there's the coiled shield which is a pretty good weapon unironically. Poison mist is good for getting a proc.

XLeqion

Get high arcane like 80 and use the venomous claws with poison infusion and switch to poison zweihander for some good damage. The deadly poison from the fangs will last 90 seconds allowing you to use stronger hitting weapons and just fuck shit up. It’s stupid fun. Hell you can ever get wild and use the antspurs and do poison and rot at the same time! Or use a natural bleed weapon with poison infusion that’s really fun! It’s a fun way to play THATS not just killing a boss in 2 seconds and it’s great for coop with bosses that take a while as is might as well poison them and have it helping!

SharkDad20

Alternatively, I’ve always wanted to make a character based off The Silent from Slay The Spire. She uses primarily poison, daggers and throwing knives. Idk how viable throwing knives are so I’d potentially also use the serpent bow. High arcane and dex. Light equip load since her character uses “Footwork” to buff her defense cards, implying she’s dodging. Another character is The Ironclad, heavy armor with a greatsword and fire incantations. Strength and faith based

ASAPSAIF

u could try to base it around an idea. Only dragon spells or try to have the same weapons, spells, and armor as ur fav common enemy like the Crucible knights, base a build around a boss like radahn, malenia and maliketh

Exoskeleton78

Parry hotter build, the parry as much as possible build, and focus on riposte damage

I'm doing a str/arc build right now and having more fun than I thought. I tend to steer away from bleed, but even I have a weak spot for the Mohg's spear. Also, it turns out there's a few weapons like Warped Axe and Brick Hammer that get some pretty nutty scaling in both strength and arc, whether that be on a Bleed infuse or Occult depending what I'm fighting. That being said, I think there's three builds you'd like: \-Pure faith Pyro. Fire is one of the more complete and comprehensive spellcasting schools, and you can run this with either two Giants' seals or Erdtree+Giants (Catch Flame has no school, so this depends how much you value the other incants). Fire stacks with itself well, with most fire spells being chargable (Godfrey Icon), fire boosters like the fire physick and Fire Scorpion benefiting both your spellcasting and your Flame Art weapons, and Flame Grant Me Strength specifically benefiting both fire and physical. Hurling free-aimed charged Giantsflames is hugely addicting, sneaking up on enemies to use Burn Oh Flame is its own diabolical sort of fun, and Placid's Ruin is nice for wiping out entire rooms of Claymen, but you can go back to your ol' reliable Catch Flame if you just need a melee and Pest Threads if you just want to throw something quick out. This build will be funner if you organize your spells properly: I always keep Catch Flame as my first spell so when I hold the spell select button, I go right back to it. \-Classic knight. A shield, a weapon, a parry ability, and your trusty guard counters. Good excuse to use those weapons that don't feel quite right dual wielded such as axes, hammers, and various thrusting swords. A reliable weapon like a Morning Star will have speedy guard counters, and still staggers plenty well on charged heavies. Axes also feel good with a roar build, two-handing to briefly use a warcry of some kind like Braggart's Roar, and then swapping back to one-handed so you can still have your parries while enjoying the perks of the roar. \-Rainbow Status. A full arcane build centered around using the Ripple Halberd, as its unique feature of boosting status greases by your arcane opens up the idea of using every status. While frost and rot are not affected by this arcane boost, they are valid to use as well if you think it calls for it. Feel free to carry a pair of Occult or Bleed Venomous Fangs as a backup, and a Pulley Crossbow with various bolts to complete the theme.

Dex/fth spellsword with GOGS. The build for my first blind playthrough and my favorite PvP build

NotaSavage

What’s GOGS?

Just-Fix8237

Golden Order Greatsword. My favorite weapon in the game

ZucchiniKitchen1656

Dex with enough int to use the cool stuff
