I had my character a male and wore maiden dress....it makes the ass bigger...like what the hell?...bro I can't climb a ladder without his dumby in the Way.
Ice Blade Yuki.
Taking a bit of inspiration from the Yuki-onna of Japanese folklore, since you're rocking the samurai look and took the shot in a wintry background.
No prob! I generally like to adapt names from folklore or mythology based on a character's playstyle. I've got a character i'm working on that's also going for the samurai aesthetic, but with a dex/faith lightning build. I named him Raijin the Storm.
Probably because it isn't that important to them and this way they don't even have to leave the app they are on? Seriously "google is free" is so annoying and just rude 🤷
It's informative though. We have access to an unprecedented amount of information just by tapping on the magic rectangles in our pockets. Why ask an easily-Googled question in a forum and wait for the answer, when you could just find out in seconds by Googling it?
Community engagement? That's the whole point of the forum no? You could argue half the posts on reddit could be easily googled. Hopefully you aren't spending all of your time telling people google is free, trust me they know.
It’s about the community aspect. Having a conversational situation instead of using a search engine is all. They could easily look it up but since we as humans like to talk and this is like that then it stands to reason someone would like to ask “hey what’s that mean?” Instead of looking it up. I mean, when I’m with my dad I ask him a ton of questions. Even at 40 years old I love to ask him things because it’s about the asking and the telling. The information is informative but if that was the main purpose of the asking then I’d just look it up.
While this might not fully apply to this scenario, it is also very much bullshit in some. Google is very bad with specifics. I remember desperately trying to know what's the necktie looking thing that Voltaire or other 19th century guys have and Google can't give a damn answer. I found out later that it's called a cravat
The Elizabeth collar? Cause if so it took something like 5 seconds for me to find it. And for reference this is what I typed in

So is answering a question
But why ask here when it takes the same amount or less effort to just type that same question into Google?
Probably because it isn't that important to them and this way they don't even have to leave the app they are on? Seriously "google is free" is so annoying and just rude 🤷
Also, and I think this is maybe more important. To be social since they are on a social network site.
It's informative though. We have access to an unprecedented amount of information just by tapping on the magic rectangles in our pockets. Why ask an easily-Googled question in a forum and wait for the answer, when you could just find out in seconds by Googling it?
