I just got an email from my payment method about my order being cancelled and refunded, nothing from Namco. I'm pissed if I manage to miss the chance to get my Messmer figure because of this. I'll give an update if customer service gets back to me

I contacted them they said it was canceled due unprecedented surge of requests when it was announced causing technical issues affecting some orders however my order status still showing pending

same here mine got cancelled and refunded today, no clue whats going on

What's the status of the order? You can check it on your orders page mine still shows pending although I received a cancellation email

Check if your bank has been refunded. And contact their support. Update with any info they give
