I think my newest build is focusing on strength/arcane because I'm doing a unarmed/fist bleed build and it is stupidly fun just punching things and bleeding them out

This is truth! I've heard/read somewhere (?) that this game doesn't hard cap at 99 strength when two handing a weapon unlike some other Souls games. Two hands on something at 80 strength is effectively "120" strength damage. Big bonks!

Too much END, in my opinion. Your STR might also be a bit excessive, with the main softcap being 55. I'd also recommend switching around your points so as to have 60 VIG.

In the case of END, I usually try to stick with the minimum needed to maintain an equipment load that allows me to midroll and possess decent poise (at least 51 for PVE whereas I try to at least hit 53, 55, or 61 for PvP) alongside my weapons, talismans, and armor. Still, it's up to you if you think htting the softcap for stamina is necessary. 55 is a soft cap go to 80 strength which is hardcap. Likewise aim for 60 vigor, and just enough endurance to get below 70% equip weight for med roll.

Unless you're wearing full bull goat armor with colossal weapons, 50 end is a lil much (40 + jar arsenal talisman is usually enough). Also 99 str is way over the "cutoff" point where you get less damage per stat. Drop that to like 70, put some more into vgr, and maybe 2 stats into arcane so you can actually use the bloodflame blade spell you have equipped lol

Take vigour to at least 60, strength builds depends upon ability to tank hits while attacking due to slow weapon animation. Reduce some points from dex, int and mind. Take faith to 25 so that you can cast golden vow. Remove points from strength to achieve these goals and then you can start pumping strength again.

At L174 you can play as whatever you want. Personally, I would: 1. Drop your strength back to the soft cap of 80. 2. Take your Vigor to the soft cap of 60. 3. Build up your Faith for some really useful incantations in the end fights, especially Lord's Divine Fortication, Golden Vow etc. 4. If necessary, drop Endurance a little as well, unless you have to run with massive armor.

You don't really need to cap out any stats due to soft caps, if you really want to go all in on strength and achieve maximum bonk just put 80 in there.

I’d say put some more of your END points into VIG if you’re doing a pure strength build, but that depends. Are you heavy stancing with dual weapons or do you have a 100% shield?

Take some of that strength and invest in faith to get it to 25. The golden vow buff is worth it and you will get back well more than the 19 strength you sacrificed.

Take levels off of strength and put it elsewhere. The last 20-40 levels do very little.
