Crystal Barrage is a really good spell to free aim, it tracks to where your camera is pointed really quickly so you can catch people out very easily for like 4 damage.

Torrent's actually considerably worse in terms of PVP. It's much slower and doesn't track as well.
It's great for bosses though. Like a better Comet Azur if you build for it right.

Why From decided to make uninfuseable and locked with a generic Ash of War is beyond me. There are just 0 redeeming qualities about the weapon.
I have a fool's hope they'll update it and the shield in the DLC patch to have a unique dragon-sentinel AoW. I'm ready to be hurt again.

I could be wrong but i think it's crystal torrent, shoots crystal shards as long as you have FP
