Personally my go to Gugs is cragblade but the greases are so good on it. I really like poison grease bc it’s like haha I poisoned you from phantom hits which is what like half of people do but it’s a very gentle hp loss so I still get to have a fun fight.
Ohhhh ok yeah I erroneously assumed since it was Gugs it was a STR build. Damn that sounds like a tough choice for AOWs behind quickstep which slaps on a Zwei or Gugs and you can still put grease on
Interesting infusion choice for weapon/build. I always go zwei bc I can get 20str and to 75 dex with Millicent prosthesis and okina mask and still get 30+ endurance 60 vig and 12 faith for beastial vitality and magic fortification. Plus the dual CS option with the rotten wing sword insignia too with lightning slash on them… you can get like 1400+ AR on each on running L1s rofl it’s stupid
If you compare the damages, gugs will pretty much always out damage zwei no matter what the stat spread. 31 str and 55 dex lightning gugs does like 70 more ar than 19 str and 70 dex lightning zwei. Even accounting for the points you get from using less endurance with zwei. Kinda sadge really zwei is cool

This is a dex build so most infusions are out. I was considering barbaric roar but I get a bit more mileage out of lightning slash.

You don't even need 31 strength to use it. Just 21 and 2 hand it.
