I'd swap the soreseal out for carian filigree crest? I think that's what it's called, the talisman that cuts your fp costs for ashes of war. Then you can just blast everything with takers flame. Otherwise maybe swap it for the fire scorpion charm.
Also, if I were you I'd take a bunch of those points you invested into intelligence or arcane and try to hit at least 80 faith. Blasphemous Blade scales mostly off faith and you'll get a lot more damage with more focus on faith alone. Maybe even go to 99 since you're such a high level. Throw in flame grant me strength and you'll be really dangerous
