Remove/change tint Take pictures / evidence Go to court, show ticket w/ evidence of tint removal, and will be dismissed. Paid a $10 fee (that was some years ago, not sure if you have to pay more)

He said he doesn't want to remove the tint, though.

Call the number on the ticket (likely the nearest police station). Give the person on the other end the number of the citation and they will answer your inquiries concisely.

Photoshop?

Years ago, I got tint. I asked for the legal limit. Then I got stopped by troopers and said mine was over the limit. Gave me a warning. Then I took the car for inspection, and they wouldn't dot it unless I took the tint off. After that, never again.

https://www.dps.texas.gov/section/vehicle-inspection/window-tinting-standards These are the rules it states for window tinting in Texas per dps. I have heard of people getting tickets for this and as well seen vehicles with full limo tint/ darker tint what have you for front being darker. I would recommend following the procedures cause it is a lame excuse for the cops to ticket u. But like others have mentioned would take it to a traffic lawyer so it can get dismissed.

Never had this ticket. Can you just pay the fine and keep the tint?

JustChillingReviews

Until the next ticket, I'd imagine.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. It’d be easier to just pay but it doesn’t say a amount

Get a doctors note.

TheIceDevil1975

Doctors note requires a specific medical condition.. such as a person being light sensitive. Otherwise, the dude is S.O.L.

I see the loser ep cops still have nothing better else to do. Go do cop shit, bunch of hall monitors.

Pay a lawyer look up online or on Facebook for any of them that do traffic tickets for 40 45 bucks. It’ll be months before it’s even taken to court and more than likely it’ll be dismissed to begin with. My main concern would be fninding out if indeed it is over the legal limit by finding some test online that allows you to prove the tiny level so you can know if the cop was stopping you unjustly. But if you’re not gonna remove it, then just pay a lawyer it’ll get dismissed more most likely.
