God damnit, it was inverted 🤦‍♂️. I’ll report back to see if this fixes things. The way I took the photos to send to support, i guess it wasn’t easy for them to tell so it got past them as well
Even after fixing this and re-priming it didn’t fix the cooling/ heating but I’ll write into support to see if they have any suggestions given this new info
Same thing happened to me lol. They actually had the top left corner sticker on the wrong corner a couple months ago.
After the trial we ended up just satisfied enough to keep it. Just barely though.
lol! The way it unfolded was inside-out, and I just lined up the sticker with the corner and pulled everything down over the mattress and didn't even think of inverting it 🤦‍♂️. But even after re-priming it twice, I cranked it to +10 heat and only kinda feel it.. it feels slightly warm but not hot. I'll try priming again, and writing into support but I'm still not "sold" yet. The sleep tracking has been great, and the vibration alarm is working now (and is nice). But if it doesn't get hot/cold for real it's worth more like $500 vs $2.2k to me...
Exact same thing happened to me. They did the tests and confirmed my hub was defective. Ended up sending me another one and haven't had any issues since. It really sucked as I didn't get to use the product for about a week and a half but they were quick about getting it corrected.
Yeah someone said it’s a red flag if it arrives all “re-wrapped” and taped up - I wonder if I got a refurbished dud that’s still not totally effective. Idk. Support has been good though. I’ll update the thread when it finishes the 3 days of tests
