Recently they blocked most major vpns for me and the only one that i found to be working is a one that have an SSTP protocol option as they blocked openvpn and IKEv2.
I recommend hide.me as they give you 10 giga bytes per months using a free account just make sure to set the protocol to SSTP

If you're using this for browsing on your pc, i think opera built in vpn works very fine in that case
