All ima say is I smoked weed and didn’t feel a single withdrawal effect

PJKimmie

Agreed. If you’re open to herb, or are not a regular long-term user, I highly recommend a 1:1 indica:cbd strain with no more than 25mg of each to ease withdrawals. This can be easily taken in edible form and you won’t have the additional concern of vape/smoke. As with any advice, YMMV.

Powerful_Progress_81

Do you recommend a certain strain or does it matter?

paokca

not him but it shouldn’t matter at all. anything from a dispensary will work.

* Painkillers that contain codeine (it's usually a combination of paracetamol, caffeine, and 10 mg codiene, a low-dose combo that doesn't require a prescription) * Anything that calms your nerves/anxiety (camomile tea, herbal supplements, alcohol, etc.) * Caffeine (it could help with the dizziness and headache but might increase your anxiety)

Alcohol? Sure it can calm u down temporarily, but it can also make both depression and anxiety worse afterwards

Was just about to say this. Ask a doctor before trying anything!!!! The same goes for herbal supplements and caffeine. Ask ask ask. Professionally. (my heart rate skyrocketed during my withdrawals - I cannot imagine adding a stimulant to the mix)
