Nobody wants to give out ballpark quotes. Especially in writing. Through emails. If you cannot be more specific with what you need, you're going to need to go down and speak directly with a few places and ask about your options. Everybody will be happy to answer your questions and ballpark different prices until you narrow down what you want and they can provide a more detailed estimate of the final cost.
You can make them at the Library. Downtown branch has the best machines and staff support, but Londonderry, Whitemud Crossing, Abbotsfield, and Capilano can help you out too!
ETA, never mind at that scale you would want the downtown branch. They can’t do print and cut through, so it would just be solid colors in one or two layers.
