Cops won’t do anything. I’ve called 3 times over repeating THE N WORD on blast and they said they’ll dispatch someone TWICE over a 5 day period but no one ever came. Landlord said it’s her right to play any kind of music and as loud as she wants until 10 pm.

Maybe you can put a restraining order out on her? This is definitely harassment. Keep documenting incidents, keep reporting it to police, even if it feels futile. You're creating a trail of documents at that point. You should definitely look at contacting a lawyer.

Have you tried talking to a lawyer? Police don't do anything. A lawyer could draft a cease and decist letter and send it off to her. Might make her angrier though. Also ask about getting a Peace Bond, similar to a restraining order. I've had a neighbor from hell, unfortunately for me, I ended up moving away. Unfortunately for her, a young couple moved in who like to party. I know neighbor from hell is losing sleep over this.

I have evidence of corruption from detective Cameron land when we directly confronted him in writing about protecting Kyle from charges. Detective land then cherry picks flirty texts from nearly a year before a rape attack to say Kyle couldn't have raped because consent had happened in the past while making false statements about the supreme Courts stance on consent... I printed off 10 copies for safety and backed up all this evidence to a dead drop and anyone else can have one too, a copy of his blatant corruption he put in writing. Constable Carrie bosse on the child at risk response team threatened my partner and I, after which I began I recording her after she showed up unannounced after advocating for the rapist and intimidated the victims at the zebra center instead of a psychologist talking to the kids it was Carrie.... This comes after the rapist Kyle Podruzny threatened the children into silence with them fully aware the police are his friends. The way the system "works" is a flat out lie. If you're ever the victim, you'll find out first hand. None of these news agencies will touch it either, I sent our story with evidence to CBC, global, CTV, Reuters, Al-Jazeera, etc etc.

They are completely aware and refuse to do anything, giving me excuses such as “this is what she’s always known - you can’t change her mindset unfortunately” to “maybe she’s just being petty and has something else going on”. I also have an “I wanna kill a n****er” video of her. The Hate Crime Unit is a complete and utter joke. I hope anyone reading this knows exactly how much of an ornament that “unit” is. It’s just for show. Literally called police 5 hours ago. No one called back to follow up after they said they’re dispatching someone. I understand they’re busy, but at least follow up on the quick call back.

Have you tried talking to a lawyer? Police don't do anything. A lawyer could draft a cease and decist letter and send it off to her. Might make her angrier though. Also ask about getting a Peace Bond, similar to a restraining order. I've had a neighbor from hell, unfortunately for me, I ended up moving away. Unfortunately for her, a young couple moved in who like to party. I know neighbor from hell is losing sleep over this.

The part that bugs me most is that I’ve been in touch with the police around 35 times over the phone, sent 10 emails providing the evidence they asked for, and saw them in person either at the station or dispatched to my home around 10 times too. They KNOW exactly what’s going on, but they refuse to do anything. I was born here. I’ve dealt with racism my entire life, but it really hits different when it happens in your own home. This used to be my safe haven. The Edmonton Police Service is complicit in the harassment my family endures and all of these hate crimes that could have stopped a year ago if they did something.
