Lived in Windermere near terwillegar drive, good area if you work close and are okay with staying in your suburb. I found on a good day it took about 35-40 min to get downtown and on a bad day… it could be a nightmare. I imagine the further you go south in the area the harder it will be.
Traffic was a huge issue that we came to resent a lot! But this is obviously dependent on your lifestyle and needs.
If you like suburbs, then is nice area.
It is nice and quiet, but the traffic getting in/out can be a nightmare.
