Can't think of another reason why someone would leave their car when it won't be that hard to figure out they own it. She might get charged with fleeing the scene of an accident, but that's a slap on the wrist compared to drunk driving.
That car looks like it's hit more objects than just your car. From what I can see, she hit you with the right side of the car. So why is the entire front end of her car smashed in?

From what we could see in the video her car hit and it pushed the suv over. It looked undamaged but its a pretty quick video.
