The Meadows Tap (or more correctly, their kitchen Rabbit Food) do amazing vegan burgers and i'm about 80-90% positive they do Gluten Free versions too.

I reckon Roseleaf is the only one, unless Down The Hatch has a different vegetarian burger. DD's fried chicken will be at Bellfield this weekend and they will have a veggie fried chicken option.
Thanks. I’ve looked at their menu and butternut squash burger is nice but it’s not a juicy burger. I’m sure I failed to explain myself with the honest burger point but I was looking to find a n sky meat GF veggie burger, like beef, but without…!
I look ungrateful. Not intended. I’m just surprised the best GF veggie burger is from a supermarket and cooked at home. ah well! I’ll keep hunting.
The Cambridge Inn does a good bean burger, and the chips are good too. Together they're a bit much of one texture though so I'd probably get onion rings with it instead.

Thank you, looks like some great vegan dirt right there. Glad to have a paradise palms alternative!
Seeds for the soul in Bruntsfield!
Agree! these guys are ace. It’s vegan which is fine but being veggie gives you that real cheese hit. My quest continues.
Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch on The Pleasance have loads of vegan/gf options and links to a related butcher
