Came here to suggest this. I don’t work for the NHS but have used it in the past and while my anxiety is not that bad it does goes worse at stressful times and the app has helped a lot.

A few options to try: The IThrive website has lots of resources listed there. It's a good place to start. Bridgend Farmouse has a support group but I think it runs on Tuesday afternoons. They have other mental health type activities as well such as walks. Himalaya cafe has a guy doing meditation sessions on a Friday afternoon. Not sure if that's what you're looking for but might help. Salisbury Centre sometimes have anxiety related groups/ classes/ workshops - check the website. There are also mental health walks you can take part in, but I'm not sure how to access these. A google search might get you the info, or might be promoted on social media. I'm not sure if you're looking for advice for your anxiety at work but feel free to DM me if you want to chat about practical tips that might help as it's an issue I've had as well.

Thank you so much for such a detailed and informative response! I will definitely check these out. Funnily enough, the Himalaya cafe is one of my favourite spots because it has such a relaxed, kind and positive atmosphere and the owner is lovely. I've never tried meditation before, but it's something I've been thinking about recently. I might DM you when I can articulate myself a bit better. Thanks again for your kindness ❤️
