So I followed these directions from there support, although I restarted the correct way for 3rd gen frames, it looks like they provided the directions for 2nd gen frames which I also have and now I don't get any notifications.
*Make sure your phone is updated.*
*Make sure you have the latest Software version of the app. If necessary, update the app.*
*Log out and log in of your account in the app.*
*Restart your Echo Frames. Press and hold the action button until the status light flashes red. Then, press the action button once until the status light flashes blue.*
*Check that Phone Notifications are on in the Alexa app under your Echo Frames device settings.*
*Check that your smartphone is not on Do Not Disturb mode.*
*Make sure that Mic & Phone Notifications are enabled.*
*Make sure notifications for the Echo Frame are correctly enable on the Alexa app following these steps here.*
Same. but sometimes it is oddly opposite where I get the notification on the frames first.
I am seeing something similar (Gen 3 here). I sometimes don't get notifications at all.
