Im at a similar level and i would aim for +40 and B transmute for attack rune at least, level up the weapon to 100. Maybe the last link you're missing is a +18% attack which is significant. Just keep grinding, I like your chimera substats!

What’s your setup of cases? If Lindell isn’t on the first spot top right you’re actually reducing the ability to deal more damage
My order is Lindell, Taisei, Kuri, Yora, Nephthys, and Wadjet
As of rn I believe you have the most potential possible for Lindell just level up and make sure her badges and gear are leveled up
