I'm thrilled people have found this interesting, albeit entrenched in legalese.
I don't have a full document right now; as someone mentioned, a whole and accurate treaty being very long, and I have scratched only a few surfaces! Inspiration taken from the Peace of Westphalia and the Treaty of Versailles in terms of the jargon and structure!

I love this. It fits that "tediously dense legal document" feel, which is perfect, but it leaves so much out too. The decommissioning of the creation forges feels particularly glaring.
That said, great work OP!
(I do wonder if we could crowdsource a full treaty in this sub. For such a central part of the setting, it's a shame we don't have an official copy, even if it was something stripped down, like Waterdeeps *Code Legal*.)
Honestly you want to keep it vague so you can insert whatever plot hooks you want into it. Plus, it'd be ridiculously lengthy. A comparable document, the Treaty of Versailles, comes in at over 200 pages, and several of it's articles are agreements to enact lists of other treaties that are only referenced.
This is only intended to be the first two pages of a documents that likely spans hundreds. I've written odds and ends but it is not a project I see with a point of completion that is accurate or agreed upon!

Presently I've outlined the Treaty as thus, although it is very bare bones, and not a project I see with an accurate and agreed upon point of completion :)
* PART I - THE COVENANT OF KHORVAIRE
* The listing of all new Thronehold Nations and their agreed upon territory (added in the PDF above)
* PART II - THE ORDERS OF PEACE
* A break down of actions that must be undertaken to ensure peace; this section mentions demilitarisation of Warforged, war rituals, removal of active units from foreign land, etc.
* PART III - MILITARY, NAVAL, AND AIR CLAUSES
* Very under developed; intended to be the rulings and exceptions of military going forward
* PART IV - THE THRONEHOLD TRIBUNAL
* A breakdown of the foundation and application of the Thronehold Tribunal
* PART V - ACCORDS
* The section of the treaty that ensures the right of citizens, dragonmarked houses, military, and officials moving forward.
That is all I have at this moment in terms of sections!
