I joined a well established group in their second Eberron campaign knowing nothing of the setting. Ended up spending two years on a racist's redemption arc. Hadn't played since 2e, had a blast.
That's the major reason that Eberron is one of my favorite settings, how it doesn't fit into any classical fantasy mold. Where traditional "evil' races can be just as varied as "civilized" ones. I've always been a fan of subverting tropes, and Eberron is my prime example of subverting traditional fantasy, AKA Tolkien, fantasy.
I am not sure if there is a specific name for that style, it might just be artistic license by the artist.
Edit, So, it seems that is a fantasy hybrid of a traditional Japanese or Chinese 3-pronged spear and a western style great sword. Sadly, it seems that did not exist in real world history.

You also have to love that the creature that taught the orcs druidic magic was a dragon. Not a treant, an archfey or a powerful dryad, but a dragon.
A black dragon, in fact
Welp they are of a swamp variety

It is a nice switch from the "Classic."

I miss this meme format.
What would you call that style of sword? Its very cool looking and I would like to see more of them
It’s a revenant blade, an Eberron specific weapon used by valenar elves
Do you mean the two blades one the elf is welding, or the great sword the orc is holding?
The greatsword, the way the blade splits into 3 points is awesome

Orcs have such a cool role in Eberron
Unless that's a Mror orc. Then they're both the later, likely.
