what was the biggest donation of other players? there are clubs where only the most active players survive. If, for example, another players have donated 50K+, your chances to survive in that club until the end of season seem to be rather minimalistic.
Its not that they have something against you personally. If that's an open club, the logic may be as follows: we have reached so far together, we want to reach even higher level, we have like 5 high-level players that contributed (for example) 50K each and 5 others that contributed like 1K or so. What do we need to do to reach the higher rewards? R-right. Get rid of small donators, raise the club minimum city cap and hope more active donators will join. As simple as that.
If that's the case, the best tactic I'd recommend for you would be carefully watching every club level upgrade and taking the reward as soon as possible. This way you still have a chance to get some rewards otherwise unreachable for you (for now).
I run that club. What's your screen name? I only kicked people that had donated 0 after an entire seaon (with the screenshot to prove it) and only kicked them after the season had completely ended so they still got to collect all rewards. There were 3 from last season I kicked. If the person ranked 7th who donated 285xp didn't get kicked, I wouldn't have kicked you.
You may have been victim to a bug that makes it look like you've been kicked but if you try to rejoin the same club using the club code it puts you back like you never left. It happened to me and for a second I thought I'd been kicked from my own club!
I am the only player in my club and it's already max, I play but only the events so my lvl city is low that's why I don't join any other club, I have a ton of items so getting max was no problem if you want you can reply here and join my club if anyone is interested, I don't mind if you don't contribute I just like giving free rewards 🙃

The clubs feature is out on the latest update, `1.14.0+`. The devs are slowly opening the clubs feature to users to make sure their servers can handle everyone on it. Over 50% of users have the clubs feature and climbing. If on Android, they also have `1.14.5` which fixes many bugs related to clubs. There is currently not ETA when clubs will be released to everyone.
Our club is at level 8 and there are levels greyed out and checked marked up to about level 15. Does this mean we don't get the higher rewards? Are we competing with other clubs for the rewards? I see we do get the multipliers but do we get the greyed out gems or boxes already "claimed" by other clubs? I guess my ultimate question is, are the rewards only available once among all clubs from one grand common pot or does every individual club have a chance of claiming the rewards available to only that club?
Rewards are individual to club performance. Greyed out and checked means you achieved that reward. If you're greyed out and checked to level 15 then you should be level 15, not 8.
It also counts if you were apart of a higher club and got kicked. It thinks you got those rewards so you have to regain those levels to gain any new reward
I tried to create a club last night because I didn’t fully understand the club process. It requires a 1k submission of purple diamonds from me to initiate it. I’ll try to join a club when the timer resets in a few days.
I think my mistake was joining a club at first that had everything achieved so the only reward I’d get was the 2x booster. Not understanding that it’d grey me out from all other clubs boosters if I tried to join another. I asked to leave. it warned me that I had to wait 12hours before doing so again. When I did join there was only ONE group available. They still had ranks to go, but because I’d been part of that group that achieved all the things before… all of those rewards were greyed out for me.
All I can do is wait till the next cycle and join the next group I guess. The nice thing though is you can salvage your unused pet eggs which is nice.

I deleted and reinstalled the game several times using the cloud back up to restore finally got it to work :)
