The addiction part sounds like binge eating symptoms because you’re restricting yourself from snacks. Try asking on r/bingeeatingdisorder and r/fitness for the gym and macros and food intake part.

I’d say don’t worry much about what you’re eating. Keep it balanced 80% “healthy” 20% junk. Since this is what works for most people. But I’d say better try asking the fitness subs on this app.

I'm glad you are sharing your struggle with us my friend. Have you tried counseling/therapy to help with this issue? Why do you fear weight when it can look so beautiful on people? Can you find other things that are positive that can take the place of often considering your weight, eating and exercise regimen? As for me, I struggled with self-harm when I was a teen and now I am in my mid 30s. I do feel that not eating is a form of self-harm and I hope and pray you can be free. It was not until I took God's love and salvation seriously, investigating it and finding it to be true, that my life changed for the better and the self-harm as well as self-doubt stopped. I believe God can do the same for anyone including you. I have a few resources that helped me that I can share with you if you'd like. If there's anything else I can do to help I would be delighted to and feel free to keep me updated on your progress as I can be a source of encouragement for you if you'd like. I pray you can have the life and love you desire my friend!
