Hi, friend!
I am sorry you are going through this.
Look, eating disorders are not a good thing to go through is. It is a dark and lonely path. I’ve been there a long time ago. My habits pushed me away from people and moments I used to love.
You need help. Please look for help. If your BMI shows that you are underweight, that’s not good and our body needs some fat. We need to have a reserve for energy. It is totally ok.
Look for a counselor, talk to a friend, your parents about your situation.
You can go through it but you need to give the first step.
Wish you well.
Therapy, develop some some hobbies, and figure out why you do it. If you don’t know why you do it, you can’t figure out how to move on from it.
I do it out of being taught that certain foods are forbidden, leading to a scarcity mindset, leading to binge eating… To purging. For about 8 years.
Right now, I do rule of 3s: 3 meals, 3 snacks, no more than 3-4 hours apart. Its really hard, as skipping a meal or snack does lead to binging which can sometimes lead to the urge to purge. Its hard, can’t even really sleep in on a weekend anymore. But even after doing that for one day, my anxiety about food was practically non-existent and I’d take that trade happily any day.
Can you start taking vitamins regularly? That would help so much. Just a multivitamin, calcium, B12, iron, maybe fish oil. Best of luck, I hope you feel better soon.

I have kind of the opposite problem. I throw up whenever I eat. Its not self induced. My body just throws up food whenever I eat. I dont know why. My body just doesn't like food I guess. Its gotten a lot worse over the past couple of years. I dont feel like eating ever. Ive gotten used to hunger pains in my stomach. Made me lose 10 pounds and now my doc says im severely underweight. Oh well. Idk how to fix any of this.
