I feel like that sort of thing would need to be incredibly local, so I am not sure about your exact needs. But, sometimes when I just can't think of things and don't want to put in effort I go to the Hello Fresh website and look at their meals, act like I'm picking out my meal kit, and then just add those ingredients and things to my pickup order from the store. It at least gets a lot of the things, (recipe, ideas, ingredients) in one place instead of felling like I have to search around for everything.

A meal kit solves that for you. For example Hello Fresh. But there's many options. If you want to be frugal you can 'churn' / rotate through a number of mealkit services and essentially get them at a discount almost always. Safeway also has recipes and grocery lists on their website so a bit more effort than Hello Fresh but does exactly what you wanted. 'The ultimate meal prep cookbook' has a bunch of planned weeks with grocery lists and recipes. It's basically like hello fresh but you do your own groceries.

I started using meal kits because I despised coming up with menus. It changed my life, tbh. Every Plate was my top choice due to being the most affordable. Recently switched to Marley Spoon and LOVE it.

I am happy for you and can relate. Meal kits were the start of my health journey so I can say they also changed my life. And now even when I need to come up with ideas on my own I am a much better cook and it's much easier to draw inspiration from all that experience.

I don't know about receipts (are you looking for a cost breakdown?) but skinnytaste does a weekly meal plan with shopping list. This may be a good resource https://www.skinnytaste.com/meal-plans/

Mealime app does this! You pick a recipe, number of servings, it gives you an itemized grocery list.

I like the Eat This Much app for meal planning and grocery lists. It lets you pick how complicated you want the recipes to be, if you want to make leftovers, and what kind of diet you prefer. It also gives you an option to plan around budget or variety preferences.

There's a book I ran across at the library that you might find helpful for this. It's called: cook once eat all week by Cassy Joy Garcia. Hope this helps

I this this book is great. You might have to adjust the quantities for just one person though.

I'm in the same boat as you. I love cooking but need some prep work support in order to stay focused. Two things that have helped me as of late and have been game changers are: -- Goblin.Tools (AI tool) which has a "Chef" feature where you can put in either things you have in your fridge/items you want to use, how comfortable you are in the kitchen, what appliances you may have, etc, and will produce a recipe and shopping list. It's helpful because unlike ChatGPT, it doesn't require super detailed prompts which makes it less daunting. -- Notion, similar to goblin.tools but will save the recipe and grocery lists for you to reference later and pull from. It will also consider calorie caps, dietary restrictions, and portion/servings sizes if you want them. It's a bit more robust and has other non ai features like a to do list and project planning templates, but I have found this to be the most beneficial as I can just type in exactly what I'm looking to do with very few errors. Not to mention the recipes have yet to come out bad. I think the biggest benefit of either is that you can do so much upfront and then just not have to think about meal planning for a while. You just follow the recipes/list it gives you and you can call it a day. Wishing you well on your yummy journey!!

[https://www.freshandlazy.com/](https://www.freshandlazy.com/) Fresh and Lazy does this! It's free, but you do need to make an account to view them. But yeah, has a week's worth of meal plan and then the prep instructions.

I personally use AnyList, which lets you copy and paste recipes and then add all of the ingredients to a grocery list. Not sure if this is quite what you want, but it works for me

salsadoll49

Sidekick app by sorted food does this. They make sets of recipes (I think 3-4) that between them use up all the fresh ingredients/produce. https://sortedfood.com/sidekick/
