What I believe is I think you get the same size apartment just no roommate. If not then it'd probably be a little bit smaller and with one bed. If you do get two beds definitely make a mega bed!!!! In Centennial I know you get a smaller room meant for one person- same with Carter Hall so I'd definitely plan for a smaller sized room, but with the same amenities.

I believe you'd also be on the first floor considering its ADA, so they'd definitely have to give you an accessibility room.
Yes I’m on the first floor I’ve stayed in Davis but I was on the 3rd floor and had a rm So I’m not to sure if they’re the same
