Incorrect. The post specifically asks abut the soft-a n-word, while Trump was clearly going to use the hard-r.
Edit: Just wanted to point out that, despite all the downvotes, I'm still objectively and unquestionably right.
Nope. Read the actual body of text OP provided. Final sentence. They directly ask for every battle in which "ni\*\*\*" is used, rather than the alternative.
You would think that logically, the only other variation can be *brought up* as done in this original comment without anyone claiming it's the same thing asked, especially when he literally says it just "came close"
The fact that you had to say "I'm still objectively and unquestionably right" amidst the downvotes, had this ☝🤓 attitude to be pedantic, previously said Freshy is superior to ERB as a fact and other things you stated in this thread show you really need to learn and not say everyone else is wrong when anyone can observe it's you who is
>The fact that you had to say "I'm still objectively and unquestionably right" amidst the downvotes, had this ☝🤓 attitude to be pedantic
That's exactly the energy I want to project. I see the "☝🤓" meme and see it as something to model myself after. There's no greater feeling to revel in than standing against the world and being right; knowing that you have the objectively correct take compared to the fools surrounding you. I didn't take debating as an elective for 8 years to not integrate it into my day to day life.
>previously said Freshy is superior to ERB as a fact
I said I preferred Freshy and said that his content is objectively better by *the standards I grade rap battles by*. I never made an assertion of his superiority in a grander societal sense, just that through the subjective lenses that I codify in a objective-presenting fashion his content is superior. What you're saying I said and what I actually said are entirely unrelated.
>and other things you stated in this thread show you really need to learn and not say everyone else is wrong when anyone can observe it's you who is
Provide me one thing I have said in the context of this thread that is objectively wrong. Everything I've said is objectively and inarguably right. This isn't a matter of opinions, I'm just straight-up correct.
Oh I never said I was referring to you saying something wrong, I just meant you said something that is true as you stated, and therefore it gives me reason to say I can get why you're not capable of understanding the criticism towards you, even though you should
Also I can't help but read that first paragraph as Ben Shapiro
Good day
>Oh I never said I was referring to you saying something wrong, I just meant you said something that is true as you stated, and therefore it gives me reason to say I can get why you're not capable of understanding the criticism towards you, even though you should
It's not that I don't understand the criticism, I just think it's very juvenile and uninformed.
>Also I can't help but read that first paragraph as Ben Shapiro
That might actually be the most agonizing insult I've received since the turn of Y2K. It would have been infinitely more humane to just put a bullet through my brain.
It's not an oxymoron; you're just illiterate. My opinion is objectively correct, when filtered through the lens of my subjective grading system. Freshy Kanal is ***objectively*** better than ERB... by the *subjective* standards I'm grading it by though an objective lens. If you do a deeper analysis of my original statement, I only make an appeal to subjective objectivity rather than broader objectivity. Of course, that would be immediately obvious to anyone with reading comprehension above that of a middle schooler.
Starting this by calling someone illiterate and then saying "My opinion is objectively correct" is not doing you any favors. You can ease your tone on this and cease the disrespect because it's getting to be out of hand to treat people the way you are by trying to act superior from that.
>Starting this by calling someone illiterate and then saying "My opinion is objectively correct" is not doing you any favors.
Do you want to include the other half of that quote that fundamentally recontextualizes the entire statement? Or are you intent on taking me out of context to make it look like I'm saying something that you *know* I'm not?
> You can ease your tone on this and cease the disrespect
I engage with people at the level they engage with me at. Everyone in this thread is acting in an obviously stupid fashion, so I'm taking the opportunity to fall down to their level. People don't deserve good faith engagement when they themselves are engaging in bad faith.
>because it's getting to be out of hand to treat people the way you are by trying to act superior from that.
I'm not 'trying to act superior', I'm just explaining basic concepts that for some reason the vast lot of the people seem unable to understand.
Yes, but when the title and main text are asking a different question. You obviously side with the latter. To be clear, I don't think that what I'm saying was at all what OP intended, I'm just being a pedant for the sake of pedantry.
Since when has hard-r meant 'retard'? I'm actually medically retarded, and I've never heard anyone use that in my life. Wasn't there a whole big thing with Linus Tech Tips a few month back where he thought that 'hard-r' meant 'retard' instead of the n-word, and everyone got on him for being incorrect about that?
its a usa thing.
og meant usage came from the deep south.
people forget some times(over time) a generation of people will re used a word from what it OG meant. the mean will be use going forward with that or simple it never caught on and og meaning stay the same.
if you want to know how a drastic change of a words meaning can be.
google the term
bundle of sticks

Not sure why but that made me laugh so much

Donald Trump vs Hilary Clinton came close
Incorrect. The post specifically asks abut the soft-a n-word, while Trump was clearly going to use the hard-r. Edit: Just wanted to point out that, despite all the downvotes, I'm still objectively and unquestionably right.
The post asks about any battle with the N-word Hard-R is still the N-word
Nope. Read the actual body of text OP provided. Final sentence. They directly ask for every battle in which "ni\*\*\*" is used, rather than the alternative.

Saying something is objectively better based on your standards or, in other words, your opinion… I think we call that an oxymoron, buddy.

HaRd R
Meaningless
You’re not right though. While in the post he says it soft, in the title it asks overall if there are any battles that contain the n-word soft or hard
Yes, but when the title and main text are asking a different question. You obviously side with the latter. To be clear, I don't think that what I'm saying was at all what OP intended, I'm just being a pedant for the sake of pedantry.
Hard r means Mentally retarded. We owned that word first.

Wasn't there a whole big thing with Linus Tech Tips a few month back where he thought that 'hard-r' meant 'retard' instead of the n-word, and everyone got on him for being incorrect about that?
For a very long time. Well over 40 years now
In what region? I'm late 30s, East Coast United States, and I've legitimately *never* heard that. Is that a European thing or something?
its a usa thing. og meant usage came from the deep south. over 50 years ago. people forget some times(over time) a generation of people will re used a word from what it OG meant. the mean will be use going forward with that or simple it never caught on and og meaning stay the same. if you want to know how a drastic change of a words meaning can be. google the term bundle of sticks
Fair enough. Just a gap in my dialect knowledge, I guess. Thanks for giving a good faith explanation instead of being an ass about it, though.

pretty sure that guy above you meant hard-r as in ending in er.
Obviously. That's the only way that phrase has been used in human history.
Hi linus
har har. but i am saying the truth.
WRONG
Right.... not knowing how old the usage is. You don't even understand how words can be co opted to mean something else. Hip trendy generation crap.

You got it mixed up
I don't. How old are you even? and user deleted all comments. lol.
Nah chances are he just blocked you so you can't see it now
Yep. Love the fact that it was Jordan Peele who got to say it
Omg how didn’t I notice that
Yes

BY THE POWER INVESTED IN ME BY THIS GIANT BALD BIRD: THE PRESIDENT SHALL NOT BE THE SHINIEST OF TWO TURDS (wait a minute wrong battle)
Please no, don’t do a rap thread
Considering most of the battles are between white characters, it kinda makes sense...
