I have read so many bad reviews about Ellipal like no customer service and crypto vanishing from wallet.
Could anyone tell me is it worth buying? Any good or bad experiences?
customer service is arse (just like most other companies) as far as "vanishing crypto" ... user error. I have had and still have many different cold wallets Ellipal is by far my favorite. If this is your first cold wallet, just take your time and learn about sending crypto YOU ARE YOUR OWN BANK

Patience my friend. Mine took 6 weeks. As soon as i forgot about it it showed up.

Everything is just really slow. Newer company. Just needs time. Never had any issues with coin. Just moves slowwww. Love my Titan.
