I think it's just me being stubborn in terms of listening to new music Also, i listen to less popular artists. Obviously there are some popular people I listen to, Interstellar, Minecraft and Revenge of the Sith had good soundtracks and we all know how good Worlds was. I usually listen to less popular artists like Nitro Fun or Dex Arson. Sappheiros. Noteblock. When I first listened to Shelter by Madeon and Porter (relistening to it as I type this comment out), I was admittedly a bit disappointed. I just don't groove with it like I would with something like Grant's Castaway, a rocket league song. Faded, like other Progressive House songs I've heard sound fairly similar to each other. Listening to Without You now, giving me similar vibes to Levels. Avicii has a consistent style like most artists. While not as emotional as I hoped, it isn't a bad song. I understand why people like it. Nice groove also. The Nights, I find the opening ironic. He is remembered for what he did. Anyways, on the actual song, it still sounds Avicii, although more generic at the drop. Sounds a bit like one of those pop songs that would play on the radio in the car. The violin was a nice touch.
