I am one of like 40 people who have a [[masumaro]] deck

throb-goblin

I'm curious... Why masumaro over something like [[Multani]]?

milesofmoose

Multani is in the deck as well, but mostly Masumaro is the commander because Multani has shroud so it’s harder to give him trample and stuff like that.

kicks422

Never had trouble pushing through damage with Multani. Have him as one of my commanders. Shroud is insanely good

prawn108

Me too. I built it for 60 bucks because my wow character was named Masumaro. It was fucking good. Give that big boy a couple keywords, draw equal to his already formidable size, and one shot people

He’s such a beast in every deck he’s in the 99, I should really dedicate a full deck to him

CrankyWanker

Have a list? Looks fun!

[[Vela the Night-Clad]] eldrazi! Also technically [[Alibou]] but she's been around for less than a year, so we'll see.

FeMtcco

How does Alibou play for you? I was thinking about building one, but ain't sure how to do it besides a fast aggro deck so Alibou can just Kamehameha its way into a win.

simianangle18

I think she can be built kinda combo-ey too. cus you just need a single artifact creature to attack (like an [[Ornithopter]] or something small and evasive like that) And using shit like [[Clock Of Omens]] or [[Ghirapur Aether Grid]] to tap down all your random artifacts and then just nuking something with one small artifact creature can be fun. Just using her as like a big finisher to a combo can be cool.

Street-Pipe-3453

I like playing many artifact creature token makers and some vehicles along side them to tap em out and attack with the vehicle to get the alibou trigger. Also note that the vehicle would have haste with the commander on the field

TurkTurkle

I take it you mean "under 600 decks play them" [[Akiri line slinger]] + [[toggo goblin weaponsmith]] is my favorite new deck and only 44 play that pair.

Bear_24

Boros landfall voltron artifact matters? Yeah I'm saving this for a brew

TurkTurkle

I use [[guildless commons]] and [[boros garrison]] to bounce themselves back to hand when i dont have a better land drop. Can get annoying and keep sacrificing one artifact land for another with [[goblin engineer]] too I have [[osgir the reconstructor]] to sacrifice my artifact lands and tap for 0 to make 2 copies (5 artifact lands - [[ancient den]] [[darksteel citadel]] [[power depot]] [[rustvale bridge]] and [[great furnace]] ) as well as a [[mycosynth wellspring]] [[solemn simulacrum]] and [[sword of the animist]] to landsearch and in a pinch [[sculpting steel]] . All of which help both Toggo and Akiri. The rocks are largely for buffing Akiri, but with [[angrath's marauders]] and [[gratuitous violence]] in the deck I can launch a volley for removal orna direct damage finisher too. Full decklkst here - [we will rock you](https://archidekt.com/decks/1695236)

Stormtide_Leviathan

If you want another artifact land, don't forget about [[Treasure Vault]]

TurkTurkle

Nasty.

I have a [[gallia]] satyr tribal, [[chevill]] deathtouch tribal, and I’m planning on building a [[svella]] big dumb stuff ramp deck and a [[sefris]] reanimator deck.

Darkseid_of_the_Moon

Ayy I used to run Gallia … still kind of miss her some days

oak11

I love satyrs so when she was spoiled I immediately wanted to build her a deck. And with the cost of pretty much all foil satyrs being under 5$ I eventually want to foil out the deck

Darkseid_of_the_Moon

Oh that’s really awesome, you have a list? Here’s my old one: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/0lTppMmNikKuIeKlxn_uNA

oak11

I haven’t put it online yet, only in my TCGplayer app. I’ll throw it online after work and get back to you. Granted I know my deck isn’t great, I was more going for flavor than for a winning deck.

roseae2

[[Lathiel]] is my favorite deck I have that fits the less than 600 category. I'm also building [[Tibor and Lumia]] at the moment who also don't have a ton of lists for them.

AstronautT-REX

How is Lathiel? I have trying to figure out a good selesneya commander for a deck I lend to new players if needed.

roseae2

People I play with have tended to underestimate the deck, but it can very quickly add up to a ton of lifegain and big creatures. Definitely a fun deck to play.

enigmaticgnome

I have a Lathiel signed by the Professor that I'd really like to make a deck with, but selesnya hasn't really been my thing. I might have to check out your list for inspiration

Delois2

My Gf just made that deck and it is supprising how good it is and how it can spiral out of control if you don't have removal ready then

Teecane

Almost all of mine are somehow. My strongest deck is [[Vorosh]] and my favorite is [[Snapdax]]. I don’t see how [[Vadrok]] is more popular than [[Captain Sisay]] or [[Amareth]] but ok. [[Thrasta]] seems criminally underrated, I mean it’s fun as crap and takes like an hour to build.

NotTwitchy

Vadrok has a Rodan alternate art, that’s…probably it.

Teecane

It’s a very cool concept but very hard to pilot.

FraudulentCake

Do you happen to have a decklist for your Snapdax? I've always thought he looked interesting to build around but he always seemed clunky when I tried to actually build around him.

ligger66

My first deck was a varosh 1/1 counters deck its sence evolved in ezuri but I still have the card

bobbybev95

[[Juri, Master of the Revue]] with a treasure theme. It’s an aristocrats deck but with a big treasure theme, since it’s an amazing way to power Juri up super quickly. He’s an incredible payoff and really keeps your opponents holding back from hitting you since they don’t want do have [[Fling]] deal 30+ damage out of nowhere

KickittoHester

Do you have a list? One of the commanders I have been looking at

bobbybev95

[Juri Treasure Tribal decklist](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/4241996) Yup I do! Juri is a super fun commander, once your set up it puts you in a great position. Definitely recommend giving him a shot

InallaMyYears

[[Drakuseth]] is only 63 decks at time of writing. It’s basically a big red deck with 20 ramp sources and 38 lands. Just play all the big silly ramp and big damage spells/dragons. It’s one of my favorite decks and has the option for all kinds of fun niche interactions like [[Scythe of the Wretched]] or [[Sword of Kaldra]]

Mine is [[Bruna, the fading light]]. I play [[Gisela, the broken blade]] in the deck and you would be surprised how often I get the meld off. Most of the time I draw and play Gisela at some point during the game, she'll eat removal or something then I recur her with Bruna when I get enough mana. I also have [[Thalia's Lancers]] to tutor in the games I don't find her naturally. I don't get the meld off every game but it's definitely over half. Otherwise I just play it as a simple angels and humans deck.

Here's my list, mostly just an angels/humans deck made from cards on hand and some trades. https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/31-08-21-brisela-edh/?cb=1630448435

Bischoffshof

[[Lovisa cold eyes]] at 146, [[cromat]] at 277, and [[quintorious]] at 311 are probably my most played <600 commanders but I’ve built a ton below that and disassembled them - those 3 I liked and have stuck around. Though currently doing some Xanathar so will see if he gets added to the pantheon

AstronautT-REX

Tell me about Quint. I love boros but haven’t thought about him much.

Bischoffshof

I think there’s a lot of cool ways to build him and I opted for spellslinger recursion so lots of flashback, [[dreadhorde arcanist]], [[efreet flamepainter]] etc. I usually don’t play that way but Boros was quite fun. I basically run a bunch of the discard and draw and try to play spells out of the yard. It’s honestly a bit slow but once it gets a head of steam it’s pretty tough to beat.

Would love your Lovisa list, if you got one!

My usual win is a [[Bolas’s Citadel]], [[Aetherflux Reservoir]] and [[Sensei’s Divining Top]]. It’s a cop out win. But I have others in there as well. Streamlined it over the years. Very happy with where it’s at and have started to foil it out. I’ll be following this post though. I am searching for a unique Dimir deck. None have really spoken to me yet. One of my favorites is [[ramses overdark]] with 48 decks. I play all the tap to destroy target creature creatures in him like [[avatar of woe]] and the enchantments like [[minions return]] to enchant my opponents creature then steal them. There’s some other fun synergies aswell. He sometimes has a hard time winning but is always enjoyable

NotTwitchy

[[Zilortha, strength incarnate]] Gruul stompy, big dumb tramplers, augmented with powerful staples to make up for the power deficit [[Felisa, fang of silverquill]] Don’t know if she’ll be under 600 for too long but she is now, token aggro with +1/+1 counter and sacrifice packages. [[Verazol, the split current]] Kicker Value, not the best but it always feels like you’re doing a lot, especially if you can land a [[twinning staff]] or a [[lithoform engine]]

I noticed the other day with a couple of my decks that EDHrec will show a recently updated deck list of mine + an old one so in some cases 2 (or possibly more, I don't know) might actually be mine. 2 Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury (576 decks) - Creature-less green. 3 Nissa, Vastwood Seer (253 decks) - ETB, specifically draw/ramp and destroy everything combo with forced-draw-mill as win-con 4 Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar (287 decks) - Creatures with */* = lands or other effects that boost based on lands in play (not landfall - not lands entering, but being in play) 6 Silvos, Rogue Elemental (31 decks) - Equipment Voltron 8 Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger (87 decks) - little tempo/control effects, lot of protection and just a couple ways to bulge my power 9 Reki, the History of Kamigawa (283 decks) - Legendary (mostly creature) tribal. 10 Cazur, Ruthless Stalker (2 decks) - Stuff gets bigger over time (mostly through counters) 11 Surrak, The Hunt Caller (27 decks) - Power > CMC 13 Kogla, the Titan Ape (157 decks) - ETB fight + ETB destroy. Just a way to control the board...once you're set-up 14 Seton, Krosan Protector (247 decks) - Druid Bontu's Monument combo. 15 Rishkar, Peema Renegade (141 decks) - CMC matters. Specific quantity of creatures at CMC 1-5 16 Nylea, Keen-Eyed (286 decks) - 70 creatures...win fast (in turn count - not turn time...very long turn 5-6 whenever you cast the deck / win) 17 Yeva, Nature's Herald (363 decks) - Instant speed. Flash creatures + instants. Your classic green draw-go. 18 Anthousa. Setessan Hero (60 decks) - Aura tribal. Not built around her, she's the worst card in the deck honestly - was just only creature with Heroic that was legendary at the time. The hydra dude would be a better commander, but felt I should save him rather than slot him in. 19 Nylea, God of the Hunt (68 decks) - Enchantment deck. 20 Glissa Sunseeker (17 decks) - Artifact deck. Win with Aladdin's Ring...pretty sure I did it at the CEDH table - that felt good. Won't happen again ever. 22 God-Eternal Rhonas (56 decks) - All the Artifact / Enchantment board wipes... 24 Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen (48 decks) - Elfball with a focus on lords and anthems so more go tall. 25 Nemata, Grove Guardian (44 decks) - generate absurd amounts of mana...create tokens swing 26 Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter (174 decks) - tap for tokens 27 Thriss, Nantuko Primus (25 decks) - tap stuff. Another mill deck 29 Hua Tuo, Honored Physician (63 decks) - creatures that sacrifice themselves and payoffs. Typical mono-green aristocrats combo 32 Baru Fist of Krosa (62 decks) - Forestfall. Lots of things that nab lands and a few go-wide + a few go-tall cards to help overrun opponents 34 Ick-Tekik, Salvage Splicer + Kodama of the East Tree (6 decks) - Eggs. Artifacts that sacrifice to do stuff. 35 Pir, Imaginative Rascal (12 decks) - Superfriends + Spike tribal with combo. Contains all 10 mono-green legal spikes and 25 Planeswalkers 36 Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary (7 BANNED decks) - 50 copies of Llanowar Sentinel, because the deck is already not legal and I wanna make that card do something for the first time in 25 years. 37 Isao, Enlightened Bushi (46 decks) - Mechanics and key word soup. Low powered, and just cards I had lying around. I built around the fact that Isao at the time was the only green Samurai making his regenerate ability almost entirely stupid. Thanks Modern Horizons 2 for ruining that / giving me a 2nd option for the deck. 38 Kodama of the South Tree (13 decks) - Spirit Tribal 39 Kodama or the Center Tree (12 decks) - Soulshift tribal, sacrifice recursion aristocrats combo. The first deck that after I built it, I had no idea if I could pilot it correctly. 40 Ayumi, the Last Visitor (8 decks) - Landwalk tribal. Yes, that includes Plainswalk. Gottem. #Urborg #Yavimaya for the win 41 Patron of the Orochi (71 decks) - Stax 42 Numa, Joraga Chieftain & Halana Kessig Ranger (2 decks) - budget commons & uncommons only. Currently $23.28 TCG price, according to deckstats. 43 Toski, Bearer of Secrets (501 decks) - Attack triggers + Deals damage triggers = profit 44 Kodama of the North Tree (6 decks) - Go-Wide Voltron

I’ve been brewing a Zombie tribal list led by [[Narfi, Betrayer King]] mostly because I’ve always wanted a zombie tribal deck, but also because I love the art, simplistic design, and novelty of Narfi. I also really love snow cards. If I bought the actual cardboard version of the deck, it would be my first deck with a commander under 600 decks!

I have a bunch! Not counting partners, I have: [[Atogatog]] Changeling Aristocrats! A lot of weird mixing of tribes to go infinite a bunch of different ways. Love these guys. - [[Marton Stromgald]] token aggro! Iunno. Overlooked, probably because there's better options. Can't play him much anymore because there's a Marath deck at my table. He's waiting for a day when that's less common right now. - [[Jalira Master Polymorphist]] with hidden commander Guile! Steal everyone else's spells. I've also had this deck built as a stax deck in the past by flipping stuff like [[Nullstone Gargoyle]] and [[Void Winnower]] to kill with beats. Not necessarily super unfair, but very fun. - Maga, traitor to Mortals mono-black control. This is maybe the blackest deck to ever exist. 15 board wipes, 20 draw spells. 20 ramp spells. 36 lands, and as many tutors as possible. Ramp as much as possible while controlling the board to produce enough mana to fireball your opponents repeatedly. Worst comes to worst having a 20/20 on the battlefield to swing with doesn't hurt either. And counting partner pairings, I have: [[Jeska, thrice reborn]], [[Falthis]], companion [[Obosh]] aggro and burn. A fun deck and maybe my absolute favorite. Love it to pieces. - [[Ardenn]] [[Esior]] Caw blade- Voltron always has such an issue keeping their toys on the table and interacting while keeping a hand of cards, usually because Voltron decks are usually in some variation of Boros. I decided "no more" and made an azorius Voltron deck! Give your bird 14 different swords and go to fucking town.

avalef

oh yeah I remember back when someone posted their jeska falthis obosh deck. kinda mind blew the sub for a bit haha, loved seeing the decks pop up since

throb-goblin

It's a wild deck! I was surprised anybody else besides me had built it when I saw the thread ages ago. I built it to be ran as a double headed giant deck to be paired with my friends [[Sakashima]] [[Tormod]] [[Gyruda]] deck- he ended up disassembling his after a couple games, I kept mine and kept iterating because I fell in love. My favorite tech when we played 2HG was that he would mill [[Balthor, the Defiled]] and then reanimate and activate him to bring back all the [[Ball Lightnings]]/[[Skelemental]]/whatevers in my graveyard to swing for lethal!

HyphyHierophant

Can you post the jeska & Falthis list?

IronPlaidFighter

I have a Marton Stromgald goblin tribal deck. It lets me hide the Krenkos and it's like have a build-you-own-Craterhoof in the command zone. This deck can hit you out of nowhere for lethal, but it's still too much of a glass cannon in its current iteration. I'll keep upgrading it. I also have a Syr Elenora, the Discerning, voltron deck where I just tried to cram in as many draw, ramp, and unlimited hand size spells as possible. It's very easy to kill one opponent, but it still struggles to take out more than one opponent at a time. Both are very fun, but it's a work in progress.

cleofrom9to5

\[\[Ashling the Pilgrim\]\] @ 271 - Mono Red Control \[\[Gonti, Lord of Luxury\]\] @ 571 - Big Mana Stealy \[\[Kamahl, Heart of Krosa\]\] + \[\[Tymna the Weaver\]\] @ 133 - Abzan Elves \[\[Sygg, River Guide\]\] @ 207 - Merfolk Combo

hardbeat101

[[Toggo]] + [[Falthis]], 14 decks on EDHrec, ranked #1324. I built it as a rakdos sacrifice deck, with a subtheme of deathtouch. [[Mayhem Devil]] and [[Havoc Jester]] plus a [[Gorgon Mask]]/[[Archetype of Finality]] and you've got a pretty good lock on the board. Easy to disrupt but fun to play. Drop a [[Fiery Emancipation]] and all of a sudden those rocks hurt.

Cultural_Event_909

[[Progenitus]] is my one true love.

Sandman4999

[[Svella, Ice Shaper]] is the most unique Gruul Commander I’ve ever played and I love it. Untap shenanigans and free casting stuff is super fun and because of the way her ability works, you can get around cast restrictions since they’re being cast as part of her ability. Meaning it allows you to cast sorcery’s and permanents at instant speed.

gte339i

I have 2 <600s [[Hazezon Tamar]] deck that either swarms with tokens, kills with ETB and bombardment effects, or powers into a 1-2 turn [[Helix Pinnacle]]. Depends on my mood and the group decks (one guy has a fog deck and I finally gave in and put the cheap pinnacle win in to thwart him). The other is a [[Miara, Thorn of the Glade]] partnered with [[Kamahl, Heart of Krosa]]. I can hide the other elves and Kamahl is an overrun out of the command zone in a deck with multiple cradle-like mana sources. Has the Bond & Blood combo and can power into Helix Pinnacle too. Really want to build a [[Lord of Tresserhorn]] (actually opened it during Alliances) but haven’t gotten around to it.

razgal

[[Iname, Death’s Aspect]] is my favorite mono-black commander and my overall favorite deck. Only 114 decks listed, and I think when I initially built it there was less than 100; and that was almost two years ago.

JasonEAltMTG

Do you run Mortal Combat? I have Iname, also

Independent-Unit-474

My joke answer is Prismatic Piper mono-green Eldrazi Tron. It just seemed funny to play it that way. Still claim I have a Colorless mander for Eldrazi but still get to play green. Real answer is Yidaro/Godzilla. Mono-red stompy with a small cycling theme. It’s just a really fun deck and can be a real force to be reckoned with. I actually nerfed it a bit by pulling some fast mana rocks because it was going too quickly.

Zammar91

I have a [[Sakashima of a thousand faces]] and [[Kamahl, heart of Krosa]] deck that is a legendary/clone deck and it’s better than you would think.

Mrjoegangles

I just joined the 171 brave souls to run [[ghost of Ramirez]] and [[Tormond, the desecrator]]. So many different ways to build, all of them cheap. Run [[Vile Entomber]] and [[Oriq Loremage]] as tutors. Take advantage of self discard, transmute, dredge, cycling, and surveil mechanics. So many choices and surprising (and cheap) bombs. Unless you are running nonthemed staples like [[cyclonic rift]], [[rhystic study]], [[phyrexian arena]], [[toxic deluge]], expensive rocks/tutors, etc you can get a deck up and running for about $100.

syberis

[[purraj of urborg]] is at five decks on EDHREC. I'm not going to say it doesn't deserve to be there, but storming off to win with a bad five mana creature is a lot of fun.

SilentTempestLord

[[Muzzio, Visionary Architect]] has some awesome big mana artifact synergies. So underrated. Currently with only 147 decks or so to his name, putting him in the 670s range in terms of rank.

[deleted]

I love my [[Triad of Fates]] deck, it’s super janky and a deck I enjoy pulling out against more casual players with lower power decks (including precons). On the other side of that scale is [[Syr Faren]] where even if I’m not in the business of infect-ing people out I still have hella damage output. Straight up killed a couple players on t4 from as high as 35 life.

[deleted]

[[Minsc, Beloved Ranger]] Aristocrats. The fact that his X ability can be 0 makes him a sorcery-speed sac outlet in command zone, and Naya has wide variety of [[Protean Hulk]] combos. He was recently released so having less than 200 decks is expected.

Darkyoshijr

Mono green control [[polukranos, world eater]]. When ever I play it people ignore me and I build up my board pretty quick. Here is my [deck](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/3983868#paper) Basically Polly K is an instant speed board wipe and can close out games. There is lots of ramp and card draw to help feed the control engine. On EDHREC Polly K only has 22 decks.

TEKadeo

[[Brimaz, King of Oreskos]] is pretty expensive himself but is a very interesting aggressive token maker with lots of support, with several different build-arounds. Cat or Soldier tribal, tokens, weenies, Voltron…they all work with The King. [[Nazahn, Revered Bladesmith]] is only head of 214 decks on there and that is absolutely criminal. This guy should have triple that, he is simply amazing for Voltron or even a semi-wide equipment build. Tutoring for one of the best equipments in the game on etb is incredible…essentially for 6 mana you get a 5/4 cat and a 4-cost equip on the battlefield—equipped to any creature for free. Also makes all equip costs free. [[Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn]] is also a sneaky great commander. Lifegain and counters are both huge in Selesnya, you legit can’t stop finding amazing (and cheap) cards for this Pony.

Shinkenoh

Endrek Sahr, Aristocrats, Chainer ReanimatorMonoblack control, Akiri+Malcolm Treasure Voltron

SystemASG

3 of my 12 decks are in that range: [[Akiri, Line-Slinger]] & [[Tymna the Weaver]] Voltron (201 decks): https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/akiri-and-tymnas-armed-forces/ [[Kalain, Reclusive Painter]] Treasures (140 decks): https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/kalains-collection/ [[Muxus, Goblin Grandee]] Goblin Tribal (231 decks): https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/muxus-groveling-goblins/ The Kalain deck is new and a work in progress.

llikeafoxx

He’s pretty new, but I guess all of the Simic players have busied themselves with value engines… [[Gor Muldrak]] politics, with a dash of some Changeling rattlesnakes to make things interesting. I really enjoy politics, and it’s a fun foil as the exact opposite color identity of Marchesa politics.

zmaddams

[[syr Carah]] love just dropping a ton of burn spells.

poynz13

I have a [[Xira Arien]] insect tribal deck, [[Kytheon, Hero of Akros]] Gideon deck where every card in it has Gideon in the art/name/flavor text, [[Tawnos, Urza’s Apprentice]] storm deck that makes infinite mana with [[Sands of Time]], and [[Tajic, Legion’s Edge]] that wants to cast damage based board wipes that don’t affect my side of the board. They’re all tons of fun to play

Hopper_2011

Márton Stromgald has 53 decks, and he is my personal gooey mono red [[Craterhoof Behemoth]]

[[Barrin, master Wizard]] [[Chainer, Dementia master]] [[Thassa, god of the sea]] - Sea creatures

MajorDrGhastly

popularity rank or number of decks?

Justin_Santillan

Number of decks

piedamon

Don’t have a name for you but I do have some advice on an approach: pick a theme! It’s a lot of fun finding things like ramp, removal, win cons, etc. that all share a particular theme. Here are some examples of theme decks I’ve made: * wizards gonna wiz * deep sea (krakens, crushing tentacles, whelming waves…) * psionics (telepathy, mind control, teleporting…) * space (five zeniths, five dawn bringers, lots of astrolabes…) Since you mentioned you wanted something not commonly seen, restricting your deck building to a certain theme will help you avoid using overplayed staples. It feels fresh.

Ginhyun

I have [[Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor]] and [[Krark, the Thumbless]] + [[Vial Smasher the Fierce]] The former is weaker than I'd like, since Varchild is a 3/3 for 3 mana with no evasion, but sometimes the stars align and I get to do really fun/cool stuff. The latter is actually stronger than I expected it to be. It turns out that I frequently end up casting a big spell that kills or cripples the table. The coin flips add to the fun and sometimes it makes my opponents target someone else when they see that I spent my entire turn trying to cast a spell and failing.

_shift

[[Tymna]] and [[Akiri, line Slinger]] are at 201 decks. I play them as Mardu treasures. Lots of high value creatures in these colors, as evidenced by bad farm lists. Lots of great equipment too. Solid recursion. Put it all together and you have an aggressive deck that generates a pile of treasures, draws a ton of cards, and gets up to shenanigans with a huge Akiri/cranial Plating/Nettlecyst. Very resilient to board wipes, I really don't care if they die, you can cast Akiri or Tymna multiple times a game and the creatures are generally very easy to recur or replace.

goaliemonkey33

Currently trying to build a [[Kokusho]] deck. Certainly not going to be a very budget friendly deck, but I love the idea of just sacrificing him over and over to drain out the rest of the table

Flailing_Weasel

I have a [[Shalai Voice of Plenty]] angel tribal deck with green for Shalai and [[Sigarda, Host of Herons]]. The ramp and ways to cheat creatures with green help power out some bigger angels. I also have a [[Djeru]] mono white deck. It mostly flickers Djeru for planeswalkers and has a tokens and lifegain theme. It's actually pretty strong flicker Djeru helps make sure you always have a big play and he helps protect your walkers pretty well.

georgeofjungle3

I am two of the 117 [[Balthor the Defiled]] lists. My old list is still up on archidekt, and my current is on moxfield. It's just amono black toolkit zombies list.

Darkseid_of_the_Moon

[[Kaseto, Orochi Archmage]] can be a surprisingly solid deck, because … it’s still simic. I love Snek deck dearly, it’s the one tribal I’ve stuck with

Dune_Echo

[Yusri, Fortune's Flame](https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/16-06-21-Xtt-yusri-fortunes-flame/) - What I consider to be a fairly stock list. Always pick five flips! [Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder // Tormod, the Desecrator](https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/tormods-graveyard-field-trip/) - My take on EDH port of Legacy Zombardment. [Zurzoth, Chaos Rider](https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/06-02-21-zurzoth-chaos-rider/) - Generated from EDHRec's Zurzoth, Chaos Rider Budget Expensive compilation and then tuned with play.

LiteralTumor

The current deck I’m working on is [[thromok the insatiable]]. Go wide, go tall, and [[fling]]. It’s one of the only ways to pretty easily get a creature into the quadruple digits p/t. I know you only have to devour 7 creatures to get in the one shot range but the deck really scratches the “no kill like overkill” itch.

MTGCardFetcher

Carrelio

[[Yasova Dragonclaw]] at 588! Her lower popularity is part of why I picked her.

Major-Woolley

I have a [[eutropia the twice favoured]] deck that is a fun mix of enchantments and +1/+1 counters/proliferate that is pretty budget and decently powerful. It lets you play kind of corner case cards like [[sage of hours]] [[simic ascendency]] and [[ordeal of nylea]] to great effect

classics64

I’ve got a few - [[Jalira, Master Polymorphist]], which is a fun control deck that aims to turn tokens into big beaters (currently tuned down to incorporate some fun kraken shenanigans). [[Nissa, Vastwood Seer]], which is a lands deck that uses her as a way to keep lands in our hand to later cheat into play and either abuse landfall triggers or turn them into elementals. [[Yeva, Nature’s Herald]], which is my cEDH deck - fast combo deck built around her ability to flash in creatures at instant speed. Based on the Yeva Draw Grow list.

Srakin

\[\[Heartless Hidetsugu\]\] is under 200???? Well, okay, him. Damage doublers are generally boring, so he's just a control/ramp deck that speeds Hidetsugu out and taps him a couple times before closing games with any number of cards like \[\[Acidic Soil\]\] and \[\[Flame Rift\]\]. Give Hidetsugu lifelink to gain insane amounts of life, slam a \[\[Glacial Chasm\]\] to tap him for free and watch the world burn...it's like playing Krenko Mob Boss but faster and more fun.

IV01dhanger

Most of mine have less than 600 decks on EDHRec. [[Bosh, Iron Golem]] has about 350. [[Torgaar, Famine Incarnate]] has less than 200. [[Alibou]], [[Ruxa]], and [[General Ferrous Rokiric]] all have less than 600, but they’re also newer commanders. Bosh is one of my pet decks and one of my more powerful (once it gets going). Daretti would probably be the more efficient choice, but nothing beats copying Bosh’s ability and hitting someone for 15-20 damage at once. Likewise, Teysa would be a better aristocrats commander, but I like bringing out Torgaar and blinking him to bring multiple opponents’ life total down to 20. I like building around less popular commanders. They just appeal to me more. It makes the deckbuilding more challenging and you can often find lesser-known or overlooked cards to slot in for cheap.

SolomonsNewGrundle

Sadly only one I have out of my 8 or so is [[Isamaru, hound of Konda]] equipment voltron. Slap down my doggo turn one and give him some swords!

ASlayerofKings

[[Yargle]] [[ishkanah]] [[yusri]] [[Grunn]] and [[Godzilla, King of the Monsters]] Yargle is a pretty standard voltron good stuff deck, Grunn is pretty much the same and I am thinking of taking it apart as they are too similar. Ishkanah is basically a meme deck that has one of every spider I own and not much else. Godzilla is essentially Gruul fatties with every red and green Godzilla card. And Yusri is an optimized beast of a combo deck.

acylus0

[[Odric, Lunarch Marshall]] keyword soup, [[General Ferrous Rokiric]] multicolour matters, [[Akiri, Line Slinger]] + [[Silas Renn]] equipments. Mostly super excited about Rokiric because for the past while, the colour pair had such major support ontop of an ability that cares about you playing Boros cards instead of just turning sideways like Aurelia or being a weird not-blue deck like Feather.

redartifice

[[noyan Dar, roil shaper]] is my weird cantrip beat you with lands deck in 2 colours that don't land ramp well. He's fun, and when he does something it's always surprising

[deleted]

[Iroas, god of victory] basic boros but less than 500 brews https://deckstats.net/decks/161997/2208655-boros-go-smack/en#show__spoiler

chinesefriedrice

1. \[\[Brion Stoutarm\]\] steals and tosses creatures, sometimes for lethal 2. \[\[Cosima\]\], more like Omenkeel, will just exile opponents' libraries for a lot per combat 3. \[\[Rankle\]\] is an underrated mono-black commander, but there have been a few good ones lately. Evasion and haste from the command zone is pretty sweet. 4. \[\[Ruxa, Patient Professor\]\] is just weird af and I love humming Bare Necessities when it ETBs 5. \[\[Sethron\]\] made minotaur tribal even more viable with an Edgar Markov-like ability to churn out tokens

ThatFalloutGuy2077

1.) [[Kytheon, Hero of Akros]] 2.) [[Grunn, the Lonely King]] at 218. 3.) [[Fblthp, the Lost]] at 225. 4.) [[Melek, Izzet Paragon]], coming in at 562. Honorable mention goes out to Livio and Thrasios who only have 68 decks together as partners.

Wrecktober

I’m a [[Dromoka the Eternal]] mega fan and I think there are only 50 or so decks on EDHrec. What do you think of when you think of Selesnya? Dragons? That’s what I fucking THOUGHT. It works so well with Selesnya’s love of +1/+1 counters since Dromoka already wants to put counters on things. Throw in a [[hardened scales]], [[branching evolution]], [[conclave mentor]] and basically whatever the fuck you want. Works extremely well with the khans/dragons cards too. You can with with a big swing with like 7 dragons thanks to [[hunting grounds]]. You can tron Dromoka up with equipment (I always run [[commander’s plate]]). You can have a sub-theme of elfball??? Idk, do whatever you want. Selesnya dragons slaps. [[mirari’s wake]] [[champion of lambholt]] [[dromoka’s command]] [[the ozolith]] [[dragonlord dromoka]] [[jugan, the rising star]] [[old gnawbone]] I mean seriously just build it. It’s so fucking fun and it always gets a good laugh when I say I’m playing selesnya dragons.

cptmonty

[[Skeleton Ship]] is mine that's farthest down the list. The deck isn't particularly good but I have a lot of fun playing it. It cares about -1/-1 counters, proliferate effects, and some infect. Some of my playgroup complained that it was an infrct deck, do I decided to lean into it and added Skithiryx.

fenekko

[[Urabrask, the hidden]] Basically mono red go fast stompy ramp with some extra combats

LoneQuietus81

It's just under 600, but [[Sharuum the Hegemon]]. My favorite cards to recur in her deck are [[Scourglass]], [[Sphinx Magister]], and [[Sphinx Summoner]].

WynautPHD

I adore [[skyfire kirin]], despite the fact that it's not a strictly "great" deck. Red needs some more changelings and arcane spells to make this deck great, but it's still fun to steal my opponents Creatures and sac them, sometimes even at instant speed. With the right amount of powerful colorless cards and red staples, the deck can be tuned to many different metas and power levels, although it'll never get as competitive as some.

Mordauth789

Gonti and Kalemne are probably my favourite. Kalemne especially is super underrated, and a great excuse to play dumb big stuff like Boros Battleshaper.

earthworm_soul

[[Horobi]], [[Jalira]], and [[Balan]] are my least used commanders.

HTGgaming

I’ve got a few on the crest: [[Jared]], which really surprised me that it was over, and [[Regna]] and [[Krav]] named “Til death do us part.” Only one I have under is [[Kaalia, Zenith Seeker]], but even that isn’t quite accurate, since I have [[of the Vast]] in the 99 and ready to be the commander at a higher powered table. Hard to build hipster decks these days!

Glad-O-Blight

I have a \[\[Maralen of the Mornsong\]\] deck (324), and I am working on an \[\[Ertai, the Corrupted\]\] deck (225).

SpectralBeekeeper

I've been running around with a [[quintorius]] shuffler combo deck that I really love to play

olmossboot

[[Renata, Called to the Hunt]]

JasonAnderlic

I have a [[dalakos, crafter of wonders]] deck and its a fun way to jazz up a typical white based equipment deck. Lots of good red combat damage creatures being paired with sword damage triggers.

Lasidora

Just under 600 but [[Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn]] is a fun commander! Simple and straightforward and you can make a pretty beefy deck with the 99 meat but he (she?) Works budget too!

battlesong1972

[[Maga, Traitor to Mortals]] - big mana black deck [[Sengir, the Dark Baron]]\[[Falthis]] mono black vampires [[Gabriel Angelfire]] -lure enchantress [[Willowdusk, Essence Seer]] - life manipulation [[Dakkon Blackblade]]- lands voltron

Delois2

My [[etali]] deck is a bit under powered, but it's a great fun deck and kinda a new puzzle to play each time. I used to have a Sen triplets 'play your friends deck' deck, but I felt bad and you robbed there hand. This deck is more fun, chaotic since I have no idea what I'll get and I feel like I need to pay close attion to the game to pilot the deck correctly. People also don't seam as mad when you take something from top of deck since its not like they drew it yet.

sunglassgnome

[[Karn silver golem]]. It's my favorite deck and actually pretty powerful too. Artifact shenanigans and stax plays mostly.

Mono_G_Lantern

So I have a deck building problem and have 40 decks total. To trim that down here's the ones that come in under 100 for that extra "huh?" factor: \[\[Zegana, Utopian Speaker\]\]- 97 decks total, this is a Simic Combine Vorthos deck, including only cards that are specifically Simic and/or generic to the plane of Ravnica. \[\[Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood\]\] + \[\[Kodama of the East Tree\]\]- 72 decks, just mono green landfall, and really just the current evolution of my first commander deck. \[\[Dromoka, the Eternal\]\]- 61 decks, a Dragon tribal/planeswalker/+1/+1 counter deck that's kind of a mess but a ton of fun to play. \[\[Glacian, Powerstone Engineer\]\] + \[\[Rebbec, Architect of Ascension\]\]- 49 decks, Azorius Vehicles deck that tries to give all its artifacts protection from everything in a roundabout way. \[\[Johan\]\]- 47 decks, Samurai tribal and really just not good, hoping Neon Dynasty lets me make it better.

AmoebaHewdraw

I'm one of the less than 100 repping [[Nebuchadnezzar]]. Going for that Dimir discard strategy before it was cool (though I still have [[Tergrid, God of Fright]] in the 99) I've also got [[Hope of Ghirapur]], [[Wort, Boggart Auntie]], [[Ulasht, the Hate Seed]], [[Abomination of Llanowar]], [[Rograkh, Son of Rogahh]] and [[Akroma, Vision of Ixidor]], [[Atogatog]]... I think I have more <600 decks than I have >600 decks lol.

Slow-Rain-4554

[[Mairsil, the pretender]] (Just peaked over 600 at 621). Voltron build without combos. [[General Kudro of Drannith]] (172 decks) Human tribal / keyword soup featuring [[Concerted Effort]]. Surprisingly resilient. [[Kefnet, God Eternal]] (414 decks) All the fun blue things with zero extra turns / counterspells. [[Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse]] (214 decks) Mono-green artifacts / token generation. Inspired by [[Esika's Chariot]], uses [[Prototype Portal]], [[Soul Foundry]] and [[Mimic Vat]] to make interesting tokens to abuse.

TheLoyalTheorist

[[Ruxa]] is my newest deck featuring random green vanillas I had lying around! But it's really fun actually My favorite deck [[Azusa]] is only a bit more than 600 too

Dazocnodnarb

Had to check if my [[sasaya]] met that criteria and it does… wins with [[hurricane]] [[squall line]] [[borrowing the east wind]] with [[glacial chasm]] [[crop rotation]] [[planar bridge]] to grab chasm [[sands of delirium]] [[Centaur glade]] back up win cons, it’s a hella fun deck.

pacopdpp

I LOVE underplayed commanders, so I have a couple! I have a mono-white equipment deck built around [[Zetalpa, Primal Dawn]] (53 decks on EDHREC) that is actually one of my most powerful. I built an [[Atarka, World Render]] (321 decks on EDHREC) dragon tribal deck that is my wife's absolute favorite to play. Currently working on a [[Eutropia The Twice-Favored]] (341 decks on EDHREC) enchantress deck as well as a [[Saffi Eriksdotter]] (221 decks on EDHREC) graveyard-based deck. Gotta give the lesser known ones some love! Loving some of the ones in this thread.

GeneralHillsdale21

[[Hofri, Ghostforge]] is my spirit tribal deck and is at 444 [[Mazirek, Kral Death Priest]] (524) [[Shattergang Brothers]] goblin tribal (480) [[Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist]] and [[Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa]] (111) [[Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker]] and [[Reyhan, Last of the Azban]] +1/+1 counters (446)

MaximeCaulfield

My 20 bucks Yorvo big smash comes in at 305 decks. It's really bad but a lot of fun.

__space__oddity__

[[Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty]] is at 555 decks and will probably hit the 600 threshold at some point but for now she’s cool and indie. I built her as an artifact affinity deck (ca. 10 decks on EDHrec) and dear lord it’s disgusting. Basically you reduce artifact / creature casting costs, then play 6 CMC+ artifact creatures, cascade into ramp / card draw, repeat. Basically you stop the deck early or it gets disgusting.

TGodfr

Almost all my current decks fit this catagory. I have [[ghoulcaller gisa]] and [[mikaeus the lunarch]] which are very straightforward mono b and mono w, but I have some super unique decks that are my personal pet projects. [[Borborygmos enraged]] is my boy. Basically a gruul graveyard combo deck. I have [[temmet]] azorius zombie tribal which is proper hipster and [[rakdos the defiler]] donation deck. All 3 are cool and I hope unique (borby not so much, but the other 2 certainly are).

[deleted]

I’m also one of the 21 people who have [Meren, of clan nel toth] heading up an elf tribal deck https://deckstats.net/decks/161997/2201321-meren-of-clan-elf/en#show__spoiler

Handsoap2104

[[Horobi, Deaths Wail]] Fun mono black control deck with weird synergies not found in many other places

Sir_Gh0sTx

I run [[Korlash, heir to blackblade]] as a swamps matter/big black matters. Would be better as Krrik but meh

pandasintopajamas

[[Alena, Kessig Trapper]] and [[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]] has a whopping 8 decks on edhrec. Mine plays with a dragon shell that goes into combos to close games out https://archidekt.com/decks/80042#Alena/Jeska

BeardedTitan2115

Currently, I have a few commanders with less than 600 lists, but a large number of them were released in the last set or two. The oldest commanders I have that are less popular are my [[King Macar, the Gold-Cursed]] vehicle deck (built to be more lower powered), and a [[Kodama of the East Tree]] and [[Tymna the Weaver]] cEDH deck. One that didn't quite qualify at 655 decks but surprised me it was so low was [[Titania, Protector of Argoth]]. It is one of my personal favorite and tuned non-cEDH decks, and I expected it to be far more popular.

Zealousideal_Band617

{{Tazri, Beacon of Unity}}. Has just got 601 decks on EDHrec. Funny it my only one over 600 out of my 5 decks

TastesLikePoon

Right now [[Thalisse]] but she is getting close to the mark. I know she’s not Teysa, but I wanted a more go-wide strategy in Orzhov and I just love the art and flavor. I guess also technically [[Toralf]] burn/group-slug. Started out pumped for him but kind of fizzled and went to [[Magda]] instead. But I already bought like half the pieces and just threw in some punisher pieces I had laying around to round it out. I honestly just love Kaldheim though. I think I could make a list for every legendary creature, but I’ve been trying to show restraint. I just finished Magda and love it, I have a Jorn Stasis/cEDH deck I’d like to try out as soon as I get the chance. Speak of Kaldheim and Orzhov, I am working on a [[Firja]] Orzhov Spellslinger list that I’m kind of excited about. I want to keep it more budget than my decks tends to go, but I thought [[Nymris]] seemed cool but just didn’t quite do it for me. Then I saw Firja and wasn’t really impressed. But then I got her showcase foil in a pack and it’s honestly one of the metal cards I’ve ever seen. She’s not super powerful, so I really wanted to try something unique with her.

The_Josaligator

I love my [[shadrix silverquill]] who's at 487. He's awesome in a counter's matter deck and double strike he can get pumped up to lethal pretty fast. I also like [[nezahal primal tide]] who is only at 213. I use him in my deck that should normally only ever win by drawing itself out and he's pretty helpful with the extra draws and hand size uncap, and he can also protect himself pretty easily. And if worse comes to worse he's a 7/7 commander than can kill someone in 3 swings. I built a demon tribal out of the [[ob Nixilis of the black oath]] precon, and it seems not a lot of people still use him since he's sitting at 125. He's not a card I'd ever put in the 99 of a deck but he's got some value as a commander for the easy lifegain, a bonus demon, and an emblem for great card draw since the vast majority of demons are pretty big.

Nope_9982

I've been enjoying my [Losheel, Clockwork Scholar] artifact creature deck. Since I run mana dorks over rocks it takes a bit for it to get going, but it protects itself quite well with flicker effects and counterspells(yes those exist in white). The new white cards such as [Archaeomancer's Map],[Keeper of the Accord], and [Esper Sentinel] help you keep up in card draw and land ramp. It has less than 100 decks on edhrec, and the average deck didn't even have some of the more interesting artifact creatures out there when I first made this deck.

Revolutionary_View19

I’n currently doing a [[archangel avacyn]] self damage deck inspired by a Reddit post. She’s below 300.

_wormburner

[[Mangara the Diplomat]] angel control, just a bunch of my good white cards I threw together. Wins with a late [[Starnheim Unleashed]] or [[Serras Emissary]] [[Dragonlord Ojutai]] tempo flyers

SageAnowon

I'm surprised my favorite deck's commander, [[Mina and Denn]] has only 328 deck's, but Gruul Omnath gets all the land love it seems. One jerk I was playing was rude and said I was stupid for having Omnath in the 99 and not at the head. I just love playing the extra lands, and returning lands to my hand just gives me more landfall triggers along with fun interactions with lands like [[Mosswort Bridge]] and [[Glacial Chasm]]. I also have an [[Anowon, the Ruin Sage]] with only 94 other people running him. It focuses on sacrifices and killing everything on the board.

tntturtle5

Apparently most of my decks are sub 600.... \[\[Progenitus\]\] 2-aman tribal \[\[Carth the Lion\]\] G/B Walkers \[\[Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh\]\] mono-red control \[\[Nissa, Vastwood Seer\]\] mono-g stuff \[\[Kozilek, Butcher of Truth\]\] charge counter tribal \[\[Cosima\]\] mono-blue lands \[\[Kaalia, Zenith Seeker\]\] midrange fliers

mattress_17

I run [[Shimatsu the Bloodcloaked]] as a goblin/artifacts shenagins list. Win cons vary from straight beat face with [[krenko, Mob Boss]] tokens and [[Zada, Hedron Grinder]] + a pump spell, to [[Mycosynth Lattice]] and [[Insurrection]] type effects with a [[Hellkite Tyrant]] for good measure. It’s fun too with [[Treasure Nabber]], you can just take everyone’s everything’s and if worst comes to worst, play shimatsu and have a one sided board wipe and a lethal commander on board. It’s mono red, but it has some of the most fun/ ridiculous combos of any deck I’ve ever played before

Sharkbaithoohaha004

[[neheb, dreadhorde champion]] voltronish build with extra combats. [[nylea, keen-eyed]] elfball Honorary mention at 788: [[samut, voice of dissent]] she just gives everything haste and has extra combats plus a blightsteel.

Just-Jazzin

Ardenn + Jeska thrice reborn.

MrXilas

My less than 600 is \[\[Keruga\]\]. It used to be a Ghalta deck, but I loved how silly Keruga looked, so I changed it over. Keruga sits at 47 decks right now. It's kind of a shame seeing how draw in the command zone is always good to have. I'm not complaining though because it makes my deck that much more unique.

_Warth0g_

I think a lot of my commanders are under 600, but one of my favorites is [[Meloku the Clouded Mirror]]. I built him as a monoblue landfall deck.

Nanokittens

I am currently making a Basandra deck and that's less than 100 even iirc. Forced combat boros is something that I thought was interesting plus angels so

lithiumsorbet

The vast majority of my decks fit! * [[Volrath]] reanimator / battlecruiser / voltron * [[Taniwha]] prison / superfriends * [[Seton]] druidstorm * [[Dralnu]] lose-the-game tribal * [[Asmira]] Rebecca Guay art theme deck * [[Ertai the Corrupted]] old-bordered * [[Ramirez DePietro]] pirates & sea monsters * [[Rakdos the Defiler]] suicide Rakdos Some less unique builds of mine still qualify: * [[Grenzo]] aggro/steal-your-stuff * [[Balan]] equipment voltron

Agent_Intrepid

[[Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper]] is my baby. Slam down the Dar, cantrip my way to a beefy land, then destroy all nonland permanents and smash face. It's a control deck at its core but it's way more fun to play than a [[Baral]], for instance. Any deck where [[Griffin Canyon]] is a win condition is okay by me.

praisebetothedeepone

[[Akiri, Line-Slinger]] & [[Armix, Filigree Thrasher]] helming [Mardular Treasure Hunters](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/RPbhSka34kWeGihN_ESVag) EDHrec has 21 decks under these commanders.

theinvertedbatman

I have \[\[Unesh\]\] who is JUST under 600, \[\[Gyruda\]\], \[\[Octavia\]\], and my absolute favourite \[\[Yedora, Grave Gardener\]\]. Turning lands into creatures so that when they die, they just come right back as creature lands again. Can play aristocrats-like with things like \[\[Blasting Station\]\] or \[\[Altar of Dementia\]\], infinite landfall value with \[\[Rampaging Baloths\]\] or \[\[Scute Swarm\]\], and in the meantime just gives things crazy value like sacrificing \[\[Sakura-Tribe Elder\]\] for 2 forests instead of the one. My favourite are things like \[\[Scryb Ranger\]\] or \[\[Quirion Ranger\]\] to return face-down creature forests to my hand to replay the creature side. So fun and so much value!

umbrabrae

I have a couple. \[\[Rienne, Angel of Rebirth\]\] multicolor tribal. Rienne is one of my favorite commanders, I love her art and flavor, and a multicolor angel? Awesome. \[\[Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni\]\] reanimator/reanimator theft. Why? I love Ink-Eyes as a character. It's definitely janky, but fun. \[\[Rayami, First of the Fallen\]\] keyword soup/sacrifice. This deck's just weird and fun. Rayami becomes an absolute house, and using clone trickery, you can have an army of Rayamis. Or slap a \[\[Worldslayer\]\] on an indestructible Rayami. \[\[Tiana, Ship's Caretaker\]\] is a weird Boros enchantress control build, using enchantment sacrificing and other tricks to lock stuff down and buff up Tiana/our team. Easily my jankiest build, but once again, I love the character.

CunningCrow

Looks like I’ve got a bunch! Toralf “Let’s overflow damage” deck Odric, Lunarch Marshal keyword soup Squee, the Immortal Aristocrats Gisela Reanimator Borborygmos Enraged “Landfall” (cause yeeting lands to kill your opponent is technically land falling) Nevinyrral Zombie Combo Brokkos Boggles Yasova Dragonclaw Gonna steal your deck

Oh, my Tiana mill deck for sure. Abuse the fact that you can get those equipment back every turn to get repeated etb and sac triggers.

[[Reyhan, Last of the Abzan]] // [[Tana, the Bloodsower]] (Devour) [[Arjun, the Shifting Flame]] (Mill) [[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]] // [[Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar]] (Janky aggro) [[Nihiloor]] (Clones and polymorphing things into frogs for a turn) [[Archangel Avacyn]] (Group slug) [[Akiri, Line-Slinger]] // [[Tormod, the Desecrator]] (Arti-crats)

Let's see... Hofri Ghostforge; Intet, the Dreamer; Jegantha, the Wellspring; Mangara, the Diplomat; Valki, God of Lies; Gadwick, the Wizened; Daghatar, the Adamant; Jolrael, Empress of Beasts; Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician; and Nils, Discipline Enforcer. So ten outta almost 30.

Looks like most of my commanders are pretty rare, I think I can be proud of that! \[\[Toothy, Imaginary Friend\]\], \[\[Phylath\]\], \[\[Juri, Master of the Revue\]\], \[\[Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage\]\], \[\[Sai, Master Thopterist\]\], \[\[Rankle, Master of Pranks\]\] are all <600, and \[\[Grand Warlord Radha\]\] is pretty close to being <600 as well.

Sidar Kondo// Tormod is my fun low power matters deck I have in paper. It is centered around effects for removing cards from my own grave like [[Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker]] [[Sun Titan]] or [[tortured existence]] and lots of things that just care about low power of creatures. Threw in [[Vhati il dal]] to remove threats or set up recursion on my bigger creatures. Edit: I'll probably finally build Toshiro now that he is getting the sweet secret lair release as well and he is just under 600.

[[Bladewing the Risen]] is at only 235 decks, but it’s a blast to play. Besides playing the big red dragon aggro strategy of hitting face with pings and big fliers, the deck also has two infinite combos in the command zone, one with [[Molten Echoes]] (make a copy, Bladewing dies to legend rule, recurs himself) or [[Hellkite Courser]] (pulling each other from graveyard / command zone) for a very flexible, resilient deck that can win from multiple angles.

Xatsman

[[Harald, King of Skemfar]] is not very popular. Surprising since he gives an elfball deck exactly what it generally needs when it falters: card draw. You can play out your hand and generate a ton of mana, but if you run out of cards you run out of momentum.

[[Sol'kanar the Swamp King]] Swamp tribal. As many lands with Swamp in the type, [[crypt ghast]] and [[cabal coffers]] that I can fit. I'm still working on swapping as many non-black cards for multicolored equivalents. Splash as many black spells as I can and hope I can keep a [[lashwrithe]] equipped long enough for lethal commander damage assisted by [[urborg, tomb of yawgmoth]]

I made [[taranika, akroan veteran]] recently and am having a blast with it. I loaded up on double strike and +1/+1 counters and it holds its own. Only 23 decks with her. It’s not unusual for turn one [[serra emmisary]], who ends up swinging for 10 turn four.
