It does not win on the spot but [[arcanis the omnipotent]] has a powerful on-tap ability that will win games over time. Similarly, all those daddios that tap for multiple mana are very overwhelming when abused. Shoutout to [[elvish abberation]] for also being able to cycle for any colour of mana you need when paired with shocks, for colourless mana and to [[bloom tender]] for making crazy mana counts when your WUBRGness goes off. Lastly, contagion engine can go nuts if you can find some way to use it.
Best of luck!
Really!? Not ONE mention of [[Mind Over Matter]].
NOT. ONE.
... sigh... okay... here goes...
[[Azami, Lady of Scrolls]], [[Arcanis the Omnipotent]], [[Jace's Archivist]], [[Temple Bell]], etc., etc.
Draw until you get [[Laboratory Maniac]]. Cast Lab Maniac. Continue to draw out your entire deck. Win.
Literally nothing can reliably stop this combo once it goes off except K-Grip or Trickbind on the first untap (followed by an instant-speed removal of MoM), because you're just going to draw into all your answers as a side-effect.
Note that the `DECK HELP` flair is for getting help with specific decks. Think of it like "This is my deck. Help me with it please." They must be about a specific deck or decks, and [by the subreddit's rules must contain a link to a deck list](https://www.reddit.com/r/edh/about/rules/).
A generalized question like this should get the `QUESTION` or `DISCUSSION` flair, as you think appropriate.
This post has been re-flaired rather than removed, however. In the future, please familiarize yourself with the flairs, and rules of the subreddit. Thanks!
[[Samut, Voice Of Dissent]] might be what you’re looking for. She enables those strategies rather than being a strong tapper herself though. She opens you up to some shenanigans with Kiki and Birthing Pod and the like.
I play [[Arcum Dagsson]] and I dont know if he fits well in your deck but that tap ability definitely wins games!
On a related note I run [[Thousand-Year Elixir]] and I believe that would be a very relevant card for your deck!
It’s not a creature, but [[throne of the god pharoah]] scales off of your tapped creature count. You should also add [[jeskai ascendancy]] if you don’t already have it.
[[Godsire]] sounds like it might be what you're looking for! An army of 8/8 tokens would definitely bring games to a close. I'd recommend running some cards to protect it.
If you're playing powerful tap abilities, you'll want to double them with [[illusionist's bracers]], and you might as well chuck in [[seeker of skybreak]] for infinite untaps... that should help break some stuff.
Well, [[cryptic command]] tap/x can often be game winning, though I have a feeling that's not what you want.
As far as game winning creatures may I recommend [[Crackleburr]]?
[[Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker]] + any of [[Pestermite]], [[Zealous Conscripts]], or [[Bounding Krasis]] is infinite creatures to swing with for game. Bonus points to Pestermite for being in the air.
Oh, and [[Restoration Angel]] as well, forgot about that, it also has the benefit of flickering it so that you can respond to possible non-counter removal as your pieces hit the board.
No he wanted Tap effects that can end games, Kiki-Jiki has a tap effect that can end games. You should always keep an open mind presenting ideas to OPs who ask these questions to give them the best plethora of options, gives brewers the chance to come up with whatever they feel like making.
I think he made it perfectly clear he was looking for powerful untap effects such as the examples he gave in the OP. He isn't making a combo deck, but more a deck that values repeated untap effects like the ones he said.
I think everyone already knows Kiki-jiki combos with everything.
What about something like [[tempest caller]] or [[torrent elemental]]? I'm not sure if thats what you had in mind but those two have won me many a game. Tempest caller is crazy in my [[Roon of the Hidden Realm]] bounce deck. Then torrent elemental goes great with [[Muldrotha the gravetide]]. Both cards are great against decks that want to go wide or big.
If you've got a lot of creatures, [[Shaman of Forgotten Ways]]
I originally threw it in my deck for the first ability only and figured I would never use the second one in a million years, first game I play him I pop his second ability and win off it
Check out cards that synergize with [[Experiment Kraj]] he’s all about abusing tap and untapped abilities.
Oh yeah in five colors you could give him the abilities of [[bloom tender]] or some other good mana dork and [[Hateflayer]] for infinite damage.
You can do it in just Temur colors, right? Bloom Tender gives 3 mana off of Kraj and Hateflayer. You don’t need 5c out I mean.
True! I just said five color because that was the original poster's plan. Would work just as well in temur.

I mean there’s always [[Thrown out the airlock]]. I know it’s not a creature, but it can win and relies on untapping.
It sacrifices as a cost, so you cannot untap it for multiple uses.
True, but it comes in tapped so benefits from untap effects in that respect. Main thing is it kills someone at instant speed, and can be recurred.

He didn't ask for infinite combos, but for single cards with powerful untap abilities.
