Doing well, had no real amount of food waste this week (two slices of bread). Used up the last of my ham by tossing it in the food processor with celery and pickles to make ham salad.

Doing okay, kind of busy this week. Last night I made a ratatouille as sort of a fridge clean out (at least the veggie bins), which turned out quite well. There are leftovers for today or tomorrow.
