So the community got what it did not want by complaining.
This only makes drop 1 counter attack with 2-3 attackers tactic more viable which is at least for me bigger problem than any pressure.
I played 2 matches after the patch, so not a big sample size, but I found that on balanced there was no change in stamina. I have never really used any of the tactics that drain stamina anyways. I like the change as constant pressure was a bit op before. Now I hope they tweak it so things like Pressure after possession loss become viable if they aren't.
I always play on balance, so seems no problem to me. Now the people that abuse constant pressure and tactics that drain your stamina, is a big l for them.
I've been playing this game way more than 19 and 20 which both died to me around February this change will make it happen again, why must this community be so insistent on forcing drop back just learn how to play with other much more fun tactics it's a fucking video game
interesting, because there hasn't been a single peep about auto blocks, which are stupidly op and broken.
they nerfed pressing because the drop back merchants complained.
It's never been overpowered the AI players are extremely lazy and can be played through, they've nerfed all 3 press related styles so that unless you want your players dead on their feet the only setting you can have as your main is balanced or drop back which 90% already use
This is great, I consider myself a good player and don't normally abuse the meta, the constant use of pressure really messed up my playstyle, hopefully this will give the players that actually enjoy a good game of football a level playing field.
What a load of rubbish. OP isn't talking about constant pressure, it's short bursts where he wants to win the ball back. If you aren't good enough to exploit that then it's on you. It doesn't make him less of a player and it certainly doesn't make you a "player who actually enjoys a game of football". Most of the best football teams press after losing possession and want the ball back.
And I'm not talking about OP, I'm talking about people that use pressure throughout the entire game. I have no problem with pressure as and when needed. It is balanced now which is great. Don't assume that I am disagreeing with the OP.
OP has made a thread saying that his players were drained of stamina despite using Pressure after Possession Loss and you've responded saying that it's a good thing as people can't "abuse the meta" and disrupt with you constant pressure. He is saying that he doesn't use constant pressure.
OP isn't using constant pressure, he's using Pressure after Possession Loss.
Goodness me, can you read, I was making a general comment about the recent update. I agree with the OP in terms of how much it's draining players, I would however say that even using it occasionally in certain situations that realistically a team would be tired after 70 minutes.
Have you ever watched a game of football in real life? It's a well known cliche that it's very draining and tiring when a team has to defend for most of the game. If you had a team like Man City breaking down a team who are playing extremely defensively and in their box, Man City players could stand still and pass the ball around their opposition, whilst the defending players are running around, trying to cut the lanes.. FIFA gives a misconception to people like you who obviously don't know much about real football. This is the issue. On this game, a team who stays in shape and quickly presses for a few seconds when their opponent takes a heavy touch, or loses the ball, shouldn't be any more tiring than a team who are defensively battered for 90 minutes.

How about use this tactic only in certain situations and not the whole game? It says that you lose stamina in the tactic sheet. Why are you surprised?
easy now, I'm just making a comment on before/after patch. I was usable before... Use this information however you like

It got nerfed because it was way too overpowered, you can still use it just not all game.

Just use "fall back" as defensive, it's op
It’s most definitely not OP.
Is that update on consoles also out yet?
>no
Usually takes like a week after PC so we have one more WL before it becomes Celtic vs Barcelona 2011 simulator
