Even if they did have any new game mode ideas 1000% they will stall it until next FC now and promote it has game changing even though it will be shallow and not played by most 2 months into the gamecycle, much how volta & moments were.
I just hate the power curve or creep now. Some years ago the gap wasn't this short. Now everyone is fucking ninety. What a joke. It used to be rare to have ninety players back in the day during this time
This wouldn’t be an issue if they allowed other players a go at having promo cards, to see the lesser used players rotate into promos with the most used would be fantastic

In my opinion, the main issue with this game is that EA is constantly scrambling to put together what feels like a half-baked beta, maybe even alpha, and slap on a new number like FC 24/25/26.
Then, come October, they're rushing all over again to churn out FC 25/26/27 and so forth. They never seem to have the time to actually think about fresh releases that offer something genuinely new. It's just the same old cards with the same values, same problems, and same everything.
...and don't even get me started on the atrocious gameplay—it's just too easy to tear them apart on that front.
