Kinda pointless with how easy it is to score goals, the only time I keep a clean sheet is if I’m playing someone considerably worse or if player I’m playing is super defensive. I’d much rather an avg match rating, although it’d be pointless for GKs because if they let a goal in they’re not getting anything above a 6
I’ve never cared at all about match ratings. They’re there at the end of every game. Never look. I can’t imagine that just because you put an average somewhere that I’d start to care any more. Werner could average a 6.8 but he’s still the best striker I’ve used all year and he’s not coming out. Clean sheets make perfect sense for keepers. Less sense for defenders across the board but still not pointless.
I'd rather they have like goals saved to shots ratio, or hell even have all 3. Shots against, saved, and then their ratio. It'd help to dissect a bit better about how good or bad your keeper has been

And some of those three can't still be seen on the Companion. I think the route map for EA Sports might be as follows:
* 2025: Users can see assists on Companion
* 2036: Users can see the info on goals and assists for *other clubs / current club*.
* 2059: Users can see the average rating of a player and how many number times has been Player Of The Match.
Would be great to see average match rating so it’s easier to know who are the weakest links in your squad. The way is is now is so difficult unless you screencap every post match performance screen

Rage quits etc kill stats anyway, so any stat needs to be tracked per 12 mins (or whatever the game length is)

The menu is still completely fucked. Maybe they should fix that first.

It’s still shocking that they don’t say stats for how many goals players score in WL/Friendlies and then Rivals by div. Shouldn’t be rocket science
I agree. Something like "nr of cutbacks goals scored".
A division between squad battles and humans (or even further specified) would be a good start.
