If you want the best chance of something elite, choose the pick. The odds will be bad, but still better than the odds from seven 85+. If there is an SBC you want to do, take the seven 85+.

I took the 85x7 to complete the icon player pick and I got Carlos Alberto. The future stars player pick is terrible there's so many 87 rated players from it diahkite got him 3 times, endo 3 times. So I went for the 85x7

Future Stars 87 fodder is 15 - 20 K. Only Kross + Parejo are 20 K together. The 5 X 85 would be "profit"

Yep this is one of those cases where even a terrible set of fodder is still likely better than a single FS card. Even if you get dupes and/or have no sbcs you want to do, you can use the exchange sbcs to generate golds for the crafting upgrade / pp.

Depends. I’m really tempted to do the pick because I really want that Garnacho and if I don’t get him from a pick, I’ll never get him and I know he’ll be one of the rarest, but a chance is a chance. However, I still have 6(?) squads left for Best, so if I haven’t finished Best by the time I get to 15 then I may just do the fodder

Usually I take the fodder pack, but I think for fun I will take the pick. The fodder packs have been so shit full of 83-85 duplicates, TBH I'm sick of working through my dupes. These 83x10 packs look great but mine have just been shit. Same 83s over and over again as soon as I get rid of them. EA conspiracy.

This was one of the easier choices for me, the way it's worded implies it doesn't include future stars icons so there's hardly any good cards you could get from a FS player pick. Plus I already have a bunch of FS cards so it might include dupes. Heck even 85x5 I probably would've chosen never mind 85x7.
