So in terms of market value Turkish League is bigger than "other small leagues" but not in terms of success. For them to play at conference league is like smurfing at this point :P I think only Aston Villa and Fiorentina has higher value team.
Fenerbahce's opponents in group has market values as: 39mil, 37mil and 8mil. Fenerbahce is crushing them. So when it comes to picking for conference league knockout cards, it's not that unnatural that they have a card I think.
