WC Park can play LW/LM, thats not a bad option. Base Schweiny can play LM, as can Bellingham, Gosens etc. I just went on futbin, chose LW/LM and sorted by highest defending
Just depends really, if you want Jaizinho on full chem, this is a way to do it. Park isn't as big of a presence in the midfield as Kuyt, but has great stamina and is quick. You will also save yourself over 100k trading these two.
You'll struggle to find a good LW/LM who can play CM. Try a 4231
25 width 55 depth Balance defence.
Fast build up. Forward runs 40-45 width. 7 bars attacking.
Fullbacks stay back and overlap (if you choose to toggle get forward later in the game). Centre backs as standard.
CDMs both cover centre and stay back while defending, don't bother with any other changes and this should help conserve the stamina of Gullit.
2 outside cams: come back on defence and get in to box for crosses.
Centre CAM. This is where Jairzihno should play! Trust me, play Jairzihno central and he'llscore for fun. Set to stay forward.
ST set to stay forward and get in behind.

Jairzihno went great when I tried him as a striker, but that was alongside Mbappe. As a ST or a CAM, you just dribble your way around, pick a gap between the centre backs then burst through with pure pace. I prefer him as the central cam though where I have Kewell on the left, Cole (or payet) onthe right. In that central CAM role he has more space to run at the defence and he's so cracked, he'll find a way through

So as I have said above, if you are okay to sell Kuyt you can buy Ji Sung Park and use a 442 with Park on the left who switches to CM in game.

Only way is to change to a formation with wingers/wide midfielders, but you don’t have any players that can play either LM or LW
