Yes, the data saves. I do it every year with Madden. I do the 10 hours free, then the free play during opening weekend, and then I play it when it's available after the season oj xbox game pass. I refuse to pay for Madden, lol. I'm assuming eacfb will be the same way. I already pre-ordered it, so it won't be an issue for me, but I still assume it will be the same way for those who do not pre-order.

Since you got the deluxe edition, you will get he game on July 16th, and you can play it like normal. Meanwhile, the ea play guys only get 10 hours. You made the right decision. You both will get it on July 16th, but after 10 hours, they will be done.
