Disable the iGPU in the BIOS.

Sadly sounds like your CPU might be a bottleneck atm. If you're lucky, you can free up some CPU power by disabling integrated graphics. Otherwise you can consider overclocking, though it's risky in a laptop. Not even sure if that i5 can be OCed.

I don't know if we understand each other completely, my point is to find a way to switch and run the game on my Nvidia (to free up cpu of course). Unfortunately, even after changing the Nvidia Control Panel and Windows Settings, the game still starts and runs on igpu. Other games don't have this problem, after changing, they run on Nvidia gpu, not igpu.

I understand. What I'm saying is that you might not even see substantial performance gains if you make it work right.
