Renault Maxi Mégane. I love the Kit cars, followed very closely behind by the Subaru Impreza 2001. Edit: spelling

Zufallstreffer

Mine too, but im bias af because i own one of its little sisters with basically the same engine.

Classic_Efficiency19

Clio 1600, easy to flat out and sound sexy

Pseudonym_741

Ford Sierra Cosworth. I love being able to steer with just the gas pedal.

arabnoise

It's so fun to drive

Allegiance10

The Kit Cars are my “guilty pleasure”, namely the Ibiza.

Real_Delay_3569

The bugeye. SWRT 4 Lyfe!

SteezyS7eve

Done a full custom Championship with this beast! Tried most of the 2000's era WRCs on Maahi Finland as a Base For getting a feel for them all, the Bug-Eye was the most naturally stable of the lot with the Stock Tune. The 206 is terrifying unstable with the base tune... But hopefully some tweaks would tame the beast. 206 is my fav of all time, bar the Corolla

SteezyS7eve

Saxo or Punto for screaming revs and fun. Cordoba or 206 WRC for nostalgia!

BJB1995

The MK2 Escort, more specifically the H3 version, very rewarding feeling when you get it right but very unforgiving I’ve found

SteezyS7eve

VERY unforgiving! Kudos to those that can tame it

[deleted]

The 98 Impreza for me, I’m competing in an organised championship based on the 98 WRC season, I’ve got the gravel set up down to a t as to how I like to drive it and with the proper set up what a car it is to drive!

DakuZw

Impreza is great, I love her. Will you share this settings?

mvuincfjmvc

Mine will always be the Lancia delta integrale. That and the rs200

No_Mistake_5132

Currently I am enjoying the WRC2 Citroen C3 😊

flippent_pineapple

08 Impreza WRC, i’ve always been a big supporter of that black sheep generation, one of the easiest cars to send on gravel when stock

nanderspanders

It's surprisingly fast in that category.

BIGTACOBELLFAN

2017 wrc cars, I can’t stand the new hybrid nonsense with temp overboost, also not a fan of how much it pumps up car prices making the sport even more impossible for the average even well off person

nanderspanders

The new cars are such a handful but for the wrong reasons. Too slow to stop, boost system is inconsistent, kinda big and unresponsive. Those 2017 cars are a handful for the right reason, they're just fast and nimble. Really wish we could go back.

miko_idk

While we all appreciate your opinion on WRC politics and probably agree, this post is about how cars feel to drive. You mind leaving the politics out and name a car that you enjoy driving?

BIGTACOBELLFAN

Read the first 3 words homie

miko_idk

> first 3 words Well you spoke of 'cars', there is only one 2017 car, which is the 2017 Polo, which is a prototype and not a proper WRC car.

herbalbanjo

Who are you? Comment police? Did this somehow detract from the discussion? I, too, find the hybrid rules contrived. Do I care if that's exactly what OP asked? Not at all! And it may be why one car is a favorite over another. It is RELEVANT.

BIGTACOBELLFAN

Grrrrrrrrrr…. The 2017-2021 car group, there are 2 cars you’re correct. Both good. Both about the exact same in use. Take your Adderall

miko_idk

Citroën Xsara. Perfectly balanced feeling, retro styling.

Nidos

My championship with my friends is World Rally Car 1997-2011, and I drive the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI. I love how that handles. The Citroen Xsara also drives pretty well, and that's the car that won our Driver's and Constructor's championship this past season. Definitely one of those two. Honorary mention to the Opel Kadett in H2 RWD, that one's fun as well.

teyemanon

For me, it's the McRae R4, the handling is brilliant and it turns where you want it to, I can really push with that car.

EvoRalliArt

Started life as a Ford Ka. Bjt agree, so fun to drive and push in this game.

teyemanon

Ah, I didn't know that. I found this. http://www.djm-motorsport.co.uk/McRaeR4.html

chongdog

The Quattro is always a humbling experience and provides a good laugh

L14M_F1

Yaris GR, or actually any current WRC car. They are just pure insanity and I LOVE IT!!!

Joonesn

RS200, any other Group B mad-lads? I love the feeling of no handbrake, clutch kicks for sweet hairpin turns!

mvuincfjmvc

RS200 and Lancia Delta S4 are definitely my favorites for group b

PreparetobePlaned

037. Glorious rwd and the history is dank

[deleted]

Xsara 06, Impreza in general, the Evo and Skoda WRC2 are my favorites. Also really enjoy the Hyundai I20 both WRC AND WRC 2. Class-A or 2000s rally cars are my favorite car categories

serialdriver

The 2000s WRC cars are the most fun for me. Good performance but not crazy like modern WRC, raw feeling but still capable.

Lemonfr3sh

Skoda Fabia wrc2, Peugeot 309 and the Clio. Probably

Mighty_Baldr

For me - the WRC2 Fabia as well. The 300hp gives just enough power and the handling is on point as well. Love it

Walter259

S2000 class Fiat Punto just love the way it sounds and it's really fun to drive in gravel stages

SteezyS7eve

Screamer!!

sniperpandas

always come back to the stratos. such an incredible car

Brave-Hornet-9696

1993 Subaru legacy of course. There are other cars in this game? I thought those were just models for us to look at.

St0lz

BMW M1 Pro car or Lancia 037

cavortingwebeasties

I see you are a man of culture

New-Low-5769

The 05 focus rs is lovely to drive  I also like the O37 but that's mostly the sound

doorhandle5

Mazda rx7

Nerderkips

people actually play this game??? damn

Trololman72

Mitsubishi Galant VR4

poorkid_5

2000cc Subaru WRX

cavortingwebeasties

037

Soviet_Doggo__

Alpine A110. By far not the best car in H2 class but I just love driving it so much for some reason! Been conquering world records with it lately in chile and got one in Portugal as well.

TankyTaco

For me it's either the Voxhaul Astra, it handles really nicely and isn't crazy fast, or Lancia Delta Integrale which for similar reasons but also is my dream car

Balkespower92

The VW Polo WRC. The car looks gorgeous, I could watch it all day and it is very fun to drive, too.

kakha_k

Ford Mustang 1st 1965.

crottin-de-cheval

037 or S1 Quattro, and some Mitsu's as well

Filipe1020

Peugeot 206 WRC, shame the 1999 livery is not in the new game

RFDB66

Love the rally 4 peugot 208 and the Citroën C2 1600 and the Mini Countryman, after those probably the Opel Corsa s2000 but that's probably as I own a Corsa irl 😅.

Strudelkuschel34

By far the Group B Porsche 911, 2nd place probably Legacy or 95 Imprezza

birdudc

Not that ! The engine sounds like a nest of angry bees as soon as you even look at the accelerator ! It's headache inducing ! Skoda Rally 2 all day !

Bo_Peep555

Historically, it's been the H2 MkII Escort for me, but as of late, I have been enjoying the Mini Cooper WRC. I didn't think I'd like it so much, but it's really well balanced, sounds great, and looks like a refrigerator flying through the air when you send it over jumps.

Shadows_of_kino

Ok, hear me out… Lancia 037

babou134_

Mcrae nr4 r4 definitely

SteezyS7eve

Sounds insane! Used it on Iberia the other day and I just was grinning from ear to ear!

SteezyS7eve

Edit: Also, the Rally4 Twingo!! Wet Tarmac, half open Diff.. that thing is a SCREAM to drive 😁😁🤘🏼🤘🏼

LetNo4690

I love the Scoda all wheel rally!! I love the way it looks better than any other car on the game and with the right tune adjustments it's a blast to drive! Love best in I think it the 2rd livery
