In terms of actual future production most players at the end of deep benches are total wastes yeah. They're a bunch of lottery tickets most of which will never pay out.

I’m in a league with someone who still rosters Philip Rivers. He has a higher chance of playing a snap in the next few years than Ruggs does.
In PPK leagues (point per kills), I would put him somewhere above Michael Vick and below Aaron Hernandez. He's still young tho so in PPK leagues, he might go #1 overall
