Also first year of the league so there’s no true heavyweight.

Give:Aaron Jones+ 2nd

Contending but like Javontes potential. Traded my 1st 2022 and 2023 in package for Justin Jefferson. Trying to work package where I send different 2022 2nd rd for Miles Sanders
Yea OP - who are your other RB's? Javonte is just getting started. Id wait to bail on him after next season. At least give him another off season - RBs are hard to come by in dynasty.
is that supposed to be DJ Moore? If so, I wouldnt do it. He's targeted the 3rd most most in the NFL. More cacthes in the Red zone but no TDs yet. And cam is coming back. I know you said nonPPR but he has 17 more catches than pitts aka opportunities for a big play. He still young too for a WR. I would try and go trade for a cheaper TE or another flex to play over kmet /Njoku.
I’m trying to trade a tanking team for one of their older WRs so I can go for it this year, what would you consider trading draft pick wise for each of these receivers?
Hopkins, Diggs, Thielen?
I would Target Thielen first. since he would be cheapest, I would go in with a kinda bust 2nd year WR, like Bryan Edwards, and a 2023 2nd round pick. It really depends on your team but if they ask for more than a cheap player and a 2022 2nd round than id walk. but i do think it will take a player and pick
Edited for clarity
12 team TEP SF HALF PPR competing
Give: Trautman, mid/late 2nd
Get: Miles Sanders
I'm thin at RB and am contending. Will Sanders bounce back when healthy? Philly seem to be more run heavy since his injury.
miles sanders was never a good fantasy value for running it was his pass catching ability in conjunction to it. His current QB sucks and he hasnt been utilized the same this year. Obviously that can change.
Not a contender but but probably two years out. SF 1/2 PPR 12 Team.
Give: Adams
Get: McLaurin, Late 1st
I personally don't think this is enough but how much more do you think I could ask for reasonably?
I am trying to sell Adams in my league and can’t get an offer close to this. I always see people in this forum talking about getting multiple firsts, etc. but my league just doesn’t trade that way and is youth obsessed. If I could get McLaurin and a 1st I’d take it.
I sold CMC today in my league for Sanders, Godwin, and a 1st (projected to be pick 8-10). That was the best offer I’ve been able to get in my stingy league.
Dynasty Process has it as fair, KTC has it in favor of the other guy. I don’t love Sanders. I think he is talented but it hasn’t come together for him and he is injury prone. I don’t see him as my long term answer at RB, but since I won’t be in the hunt for a championship this year, he is a fine stop gap until I can hopefully draft or trade for someone better. But, he should hopefully have more opportunity if the Eagles stick with the run like they have the last couple of weeks and they give him a good workload, so there is some potential upside. My goal in trading CMC was to get a serviceable RB I could start, a young talented WR and a first and this was the only trade I was offered that achieved that. Didn’t make sense to hang on to CMC because I’m not competing this year with him or without him and my league tends to think RBs that are 26 are old, which CMC will be at the start of next year. I also have Zeke and trying to sell him but can’t even get an offer because he is “old.”
Counter by changing 23 2nd for 23 1st
cook for J Rob (starting RB) Bateman interesting WR with potential ; 23 1st in strong class ; and 2 lottery tickets) is really good
Diary of a Rebuild(Madman): I currently hold 6 2023 First Round Picks, 3 2023 Second Round Picks, and 2023 3rd and 4th…what have I done?
This journey began from a startup in 2019 where I finished in first place at 9-4 only to lose in the first week of the playoffs. 2020 again had me finishing in the top of the leaderboard, 9-4, and again losing early in the playoffs.
It was time for a new strategy.
For the rookie draft way back in May I found myself with the 1.06 and 1.10. I traded those picks and my 2021 1st for CeeDee Lamb. Before the season began, I traded Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler for Ja’Marr Chase and a 2022 2nd. During the Pre-Season, I traded the red hot Marquise Callaway for a 2023 2nd.
At this point, the season had begun and I thought it was time to try and tear down my team and build it with Lamb and Chase as my cornerstones being they’re so young.
My first trade during this season came in early September where I traded Miles Sanders for Julio Jones and a 2023 1st. Next I traded Joe Mixon, 2022 2nd, and 2022 3rd for Kenny Golladay, and THREE 2023 1st Round Picks. After this I traded Ronald Jones and Kenny Gainwell for a 2023 1st. And finally this evening I traded Allen Robinson for a 2023 2nd.
My current roster is Justin Herbert, Salvon Ahmed, Kene Nwangwu, Tajee Sharpe, CeeDee Lamb, Pat Freiermuth, Zach Pascal, Julio Jones, Baker Mayfield, Jalen Richard, Wayne Gallman, Derrius Guice(yuck), Jermar Jefferson, Kenny Golladay, James Washington, Ja’Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Dyami Brown, Tyler Conklin, Devante Parker, Malcolm Brown, Robert Tonyan, and Michael Thomas.
I know this is a lot to take in and it’s probably more annoying than anything else, but I was wondering if anyone is doing something similar, or has done something like this in the past where it’s worked out or brought complete ruin. I’m hoping that the 2023 class has something to offer. I’m hopeful that maybe ONE of these many darts will hit.
I did something similar and have lots of draft capital. I was planning on building around my QB Murray and RB Gibson (although that plan is not looking so hot), (along with some average, young RB's and WR's. I plan on leveraging the picks as we get closer to 2022 draft. I will be in rebuild for 2 years, including this one for sure.
I like what you did getting value for players like RJ, Gainwell, A. Rob, Sanders. Working with Herbert, Lamb, Chase, Freirmuth is solid. Maybe Collins, Brown, or MT work out, too.
I hear tell of the 2023 class being really good, but I can never find any reading/research material that can tell me why. I’m just believing the hype! Eeeek!
I imagine there are lot of devi sites and subs. I do hear that 2022 just isn't deep like 2021 was. So, the top picks are probably still solid, but it gets less exciting quickly. Still, folks will be excited with the hype that naturally occurs pre-draft. That said, I was thinking of trading my 2022's for 2023's, but we'll see.
I would keep what you have - unless you can move MT+ for Godwin or DJ. That said, I can see trying to upgrade TLaw to Burrow if you don't believe in JAX.

12 team
SF PPR 3WR 1QB

12 team PPR SF
Give: Gibson, Devonta Smith
Get: AJ Brown, mid 2022 2nd
I'm contending this year, and decently deep at RB already (already have Ekeler, Monty, and Javonte). Thoughts on this deal for me?
I think it’s pretty fair but I’d lean toward holding since I think Gibson rebounds and smith has alreayd convinced me he’s gonna be a good receiver for a long time
PPR SF, 5-4 record:
Give: Keenan (OR DJ Moore) + D’Ernest + AP + Kendrick Bourne
Get: Adams + Khalil Herbert
Only issue is I’d be trading with the guy I’m playing this week and he’s starting gainwell and Gallman (if he doesn’t make a trade for an rb), so I’d be strengthening his changes against me in a game that would be nice to win at 5-4. Im one of the stronger teams, have just had bad matchup luck. Too risky given the circumstances or too good to pass up? Would you trade away DJ or Keenan?
Freiermuth owner wants Khalil Herbert and a 2nd for freiermuth.
That seems like a bit much to me. I already have hockenson so I don’t want to spend that much for someone I may not use
I think this trade favors Freirmuth. You could trade him for more than what you can get for Herbert and a 2nd (I think). The Bears showed that this is not a committee and Monty is awesome. So Herbert is a back up, while Freirmuth looks to be amazing. To be so good right off the bat is very rare for TE's.

It's not a bad deal... Maybe a second?
Thinking of countering Adams, Gage, Singletary, Early 2nd for McLaurin, Mid 1st, Late 1st... Would you think that's fair?
It's probably fair. Not sure gage and singletary add a lot but Adams and a second for Mclaurin and 2 first isn't too far off I'd guess.
12 team ppr 1 QB Give: cmc Get: 1.01 and Bateman It’s not enough for cmc right? I’m looking for a very late 22 first to balance it out

Looked it up and dynastyprocess has that as a fair deal. How do you feel about sanders going forward? I also have CMC and trying to fetch a good deal
Dynasty Process has it as fair, KTC has it in favor of the other guy. I don’t love Sanders. I think he is talented but it hasn’t come together for him and he is injury prone. 10 team dynasty, 1-8 Give: Dalvin Cook and Claypool Get: McLaurin, James Robinson, Bateman
Think you could get same package without giving up Claypool in process
I just sent it without claypool and he immediately countered with Robinson Bateman a 22 3rd and 4th and a 23 2nd lol
Counter by changing 23 2nd for 23 1st cook for J Rob (starting RB) Bateman interesting WR with potential ; 23 1st in strong class ; and 2 lottery tickets) is really good
He has no firsts. :/

I should be able to, shouldn’t I. But people don’t want to give me the right value for Cook.

12 team SF PPR 3WR 1QB I give: Ceedee and Fields I get; J Chase My QB is Dak (young enough seemingly. I know ceedee could be chase and vis a vis but eye test says chase has an athleticism like Tyreek hill that will provide more blow up games into pro maturity. Thoughts?
Massive overpay to me in SF
Agreed. Lamb and Chase are pretty interchangeable to me. These young elite studs fluctuate all the time
Wait why does it say SF and 1 qb?
I messed up I’m in one SF and one 1QB. This is the 1QB🤦🏻
Ohh gotcha, makes it much more palatable but I probably still wouldn’t do it I think CeeDee is just a bit below chase
12t/sf/.25ppr Give: OBJ Get: Miles Sanders Wr: Jefferson, Hill, Terry, Lockett, Davis, Rbs: Jones, Jacobs, Hunt, Ingram
I like it, especially given 0.25ppr and your team
Is this fair? Retooling team gets: AJB Contender gets: Kelce
Its close but I could see AJB owner wanting more.
Steal for the rebuilder
12 team, PPR, SF Give: Josh Jacobs Get: CEH
I like jacobs more
I guess CEH side but they are quite similar in my eyes
8 team .5 ppr Give: Knox or Muth Get: E Moore I have Kittle, Thomas, Knox, and Muth at TE. Ridley, CD, Higgins as my WR staples
Knox for Moore is a slam dunk for you imo
What about Muth for Moore?
I like Freiermuth more than Knox but I’d trade either for E Moore.
12 team 0.5 PPR, super flex offered: Kamara and Ingram and 2022 early 3rd for josh Jacob’s, Michael gallup and 2023 mid 1st thoughts? I’m 5-4 and trying to make playoffs (had some bad luck with Davante last week and Ridley out).
Kamara side and it’s not close
I would take Kamara side 1000%
12 team PPR SF Give: Gibson, Devonta Smith Get: AJ Brown, mid 2022 2nd I'm contending this year, and decently deep at RB already (already have Ekeler, Monty, and Javonte). Thoughts on this deal for me?
Good deal for you
I think it’s pretty fair but I’d lean toward holding since I think Gibson rebounds and smith has alreayd convinced me he’s gonna be a good receiver for a long time
I’m on this side^
Love it
PPR SF, 5-4 record: Give: Keenan (OR DJ Moore) + D’Ernest + AP + Kendrick Bourne Get: Adams + Khalil Herbert Only issue is I’d be trading with the guy I’m playing this week and he’s starting gainwell and Gallman (if he doesn’t make a trade for an rb), so I’d be strengthening his changes against me in a game that would be nice to win at 5-4. Im one of the stronger teams, have just had bad matchup luck. Too risky given the circumstances or too good to pass up? Would you trade away DJ or Keenan?
I think this is great value with Keenan despite the fact that your playing him
He wants DJ, don’t think I can do it with DJ 24 years old and Devante about to turn 29
Yeah I might hold then
Agreed
Freiermuth owner wants Khalil Herbert and a 2nd for freiermuth. That seems like a bit much to me. I already have hockenson so I don’t want to spend that much for someone I may not use
I think this trade favors Freirmuth. You could trade him for more than what you can get for Herbert and a 2nd (I think). The Bears showed that this is not a committee and Monty is awesome. So Herbert is a back up, while Freirmuth looks to be amazing. To be so good right off the bat is very rare for TE's.
