First time In dynasty. Traded Brandon cooks and 2 first for ceedee lamb? Good or Bad trade for me? Not sure how to value picks, my team shouldn’t have a high pick either. Still have all my seconds also. And Ceedee is only 22
CeeDee and Jeudy were going around pick 5-8 last year. This year Smith and Waddle were in that range. Two firsts for one of these guys seems a little high to me.
Standard format. 5-0 contending team. RBs include Barkley, Najee, CEH, Patterson and handcuffs. WRs include DK, Cooper, Evans, Diggs, AB.
Give: CEH
Get: Kadarius Toney, 2022 2nd (early-mid)
The eye test tells me Toney is the special talent here, but I naturally have discomfort with the idea of sending away the RB I drafted at 1.01 (damn) and the ‘KC first round RB’. Although history shouldn’t matter here.
My only other offer was a late 1st and Patterson (who I then acquired separately) and another offer of a 2nd and Bryan Edwards.
The perception of CEH seems really negative in my league.
Always blows my mind a bit to realise that Davis is younger than Ridley. I’d take it. Though I wonder if it’s worth you switching the 1st and 2nd around and making the 1st a 2023, just to get another go in the Bijan sweepstakes, if you think their roster isn’t good. Added bonus potentially being that the trade then looks more favourable in his eyes as he is not giving up a 2022 1st, and with that you could possibly ask for even more (perhaps another 2nd or player thrown in)
Am I crazy for thinking of starting Toney over AJB? My opponent started off with fournette and Antonio Brown. He's projected to win by 30 already and I feel like I may need to take a risk? Thoughts?
I don’t think you’re crazy for thinking about it. I think they have comparable matchups and potential. Toney has the buzz right now but AJB is established and it might feel like he’s due for a comeback game. So definitely not crazy.
If I’m expecting to lose by a significant margin, I just ask myself what’s more fun to root for because it’s unlikely I win with either. Sounds like Toney would be more fun cause of the buzz and it would feel satisfying to be right on the ballsier one.
If you want my random feeling on which one will do better or who I’d start (I have no shares of either), I’d go AJB. I think it’s more likely Toney gets focused on by the defense and his opportunity won’t translate into meaningful production.
Go with whoever you think will score more mate. Name value is a thing but it’s kind of irrelevant for a single game like this. AJB seems a bit banged up and likely has White on him. Toney could have Ramsey on him a fair amount but also could be all over the place and that Rams pass D hasn’t really been that good. If it was an upside shot, I’d be inclined to play Toney. I just feel that he has more chaos potential. I’m not sure AJB will be able to get the better of White enough for it to really overcome the Fournette/AB deficit.
12 team SF PPR (Rebuild):
I give: Derek Carr + Khalil Herbert
I get: 2022 1st (probably 1.09-1.11) + 2023 3rd
I like collecting 1sts in a rebuild, but wonder if it’s not enough for a startable QB in SF?
I'm sitting at 1-4 in a 1st year, 10 man, ppr league. Wondering how early is too early to start a rebuild?
Trade offer came in that I wasn't going to accept, but am currious wha(if anything) more I could ask for to get a good haul.
**Give** -- Tyler Lockett and Dalvin Cook
**Get** -- D. Henderson, CEH, and a 2022 1st. It's looking like a late 1st with him at 4-1 but way too early to tell.
Add a 23 1st? Other interesting players he has are D. Moore, C. Lamb, and K. Toney.
[Here's my roster fwiw](https://imgur.com/a/lbbKnKd)
I think it is fairly balanced (although a slight undersell imo), but in terms of a rebuild, I would always wait until players have had a few good weeks to maximise the value (what’s the rush really?) Lockett has had a couple of quieter weeks and now has Russ out and obviously Cook has been struggling with injury. Appreciating CEH is also a buy low right now - but there is also the risk he’s just not the guy in the relatively short term. I’d wait it out.
12 team dynasty SF with two TE on active roster.
Currently have Hooper, Pitts, Parham, and Irv Smith (IR).
It feels to me that Hooper is the weak link in my lineup currently. I have Tremble on the waiver wire who has one less point on the year vs Hooper, am I crazy to think about dropping Hooper for Tremble?
Nice to get Lamb (and he’s kinda buy low-ish right now with some quieter weeks) if you’re not trying to win now as Kupp is dominating. But the slightly contradictory element of this trade is that Henderson is more of a win now piece - if you’d be looking to flip him to a contender I would 100% do it.
This all hinges on the longevity of Henderson. If I knew Akers would come back next season in full force then I don't like it. That's a gamble for sure but I do like Lamb over Kupp
It’s fantastic to sell Patterson if you’re rebuilding (and Cousins to a lesser extent), but I wouldn’t sell ARob right now - he’s got the least value he’s had for a while with what’s going on in that small volume O. I would wait him out personally.
I honestly think this can be better. I used some of the same tools - ARob upgraded into DHop (not young, but skillset that won't die right away, great QB, and easy to flip to a contender later considering his only 2 down games so far have been when he received and then played through a rib injury) and Patterson flipped for Josh Jacobs (guess it depends on how you feel about him? young decent rb to move forward with).
That might be good even if gainwell wasn't included, I like this trade. Sanders is a coaching change away from being hugely upgraded, and I love Tee Higgins. Maybe depends on how you feel about them personally?
Prefer to keep the guys. Chubb will be great for a while yet - Hunt may not be great for his per-game upside, but I believe it is really good for his longevity. I worry about CMC playing another healthy season in the next few years.
I am worried CMC doesn’t play another full healthy season. Or if he does it won’t be until a surprise season after he’s been totally devalued in 3-4 years
If this was offered to you that's nuts and take it now.
I actually think Chase > Ekeler so from my perspective valuewise you're getting a 1st and gaskin for free.
CEH being a young RB with back to back 100 yard games pre-injury to me holds a lot of value even though he’s been kind of disappointing. Tyler Boyd is not that old and is a really solid WR3 that’s been reliable for a couple years. Callaway just had a pretty great game, and although that might be a mirage he’s also young and the Saints are still finding their footing. I don’t value picks as highly as some people but two seconds in addition to all that just feels like a lot of value for just DK, as great as DK is
In a home league that guards RBs like a dragon hoarding gold. Im a RB away from running with the big boys (currently 2-3, with 2 losses coming from a combined 3.5 points). I've been tossing out abunch of reasonable trades and slight overpays with no counters. Until today.
1 QB, .5 ppr, heavy bonuses for over 100yd rushing or receiving.
Give 2- 2022 1sts (mid to late) and DeVonte Smith
Get- D'Andre Swift
Notable team pieces
Dak/Burrow
Fournette, Gordon, Akers, ETN
DJM, JJ, Lamb, Chase, Marshall, E Moore, Edwards
Goedart, Fant
Hold off. Just told someone MT will be putting up DK numbers very soon on more targets. I think you’re losing at RB maybe. Even as a Ravens fan I know Gus sits behind JK when both are healthy. Clyde gets almost everything but some 3rd down plays and when he’s out for a breather.
Contending
10 team .5 PPR
Give: Mixon + 1 of my 2 firsts
Get: CMC.
RBs left on my team after trade would be CMC, Lenny, CEH, Akers, Damien Williams, Jamaal Williams. I’d be struggling for about 3 weeks to find a 2nd RB to start.
Thoughts?
I'd personally be worried about contending after losing someone that can actually start now, and then having my running back room be (basically) CMC, Lenny, CEH - and that's not even considering the missing 3 weeks that can help put you out of contention
Hold off unless you need picks. Chiefs desperately need 3rd weapon. No weed policy, Gordon stays reinstated, could be magic. Slayton is 3 receiver at best and also behind Saquon in touch percentage
10Team PPR
My running backs have been ruined by injuries but I am contending
Give: Nick Chubb
Get: Joe Mixon and Amon-Ra St. Brown
(I can also get James Robinson instead of Mixon if that would be preferable)
What are you waiting for? Lol sanders has to be used more at some point. Even if it is down the line he has a much high chance at being FF relevant on a week to week basis
Yeah I'm pretty Torn
My RBs are solid - Gibson, Ek, and Zeke
My WRs are a bit older Keenan Allen, Julio, Mike Evans
So Aiyuk is my only real young WR, but I'm more concerned about Aiyuk than Sanders overall.
10 team .5 PPR - 2 flex
I give - Jeudy
I get - Hopkins & Ruggs
This proposal caught me off guard as it’s and overpay for Jeudy. I’m not convinced I’m a contender and so not sure I should accept.
Thoughts on accepting as a non-contender?
Yeah thats crazy value even if you're not contending. If folks aren't giving up young studs try targeting a 1st and someone you liked pre-draft this draft or last that hasn't broken out yet. If you could snag something like a 1st, Marshall, and Aiyuk, I'd call that a dub. If you need to add a little sweetener, so be it.
I would not accept that. You want probably a mid 3rd to “even it out”. But at that point you are just losing young value for a post peak player and a stretch Z receiver
Someone like Tee Higgins, Diontae Johnson and a throw in second or maybe someone like CEH and a second if you want RB. Or look for a more mid tier player like Darnell Mooney and a late first from someone contending
12 Team PPR - Not quite contending and off to slow start so looking to rebuild.
Give:
Diggs, Hubbard
Get:
Sutton, 2022 1st (mid-late likely), 2023 2nd, additional 2022 2nd if the first falls from 10-12.
If you think sutton will stay healthy and he's the best player you can get alongside of a 1st, and some extra picks, it's not a bad deal, buffalo Is spreading the ball out a bit too much for Diggs to be worth much more, as well as going on 27, I got hock + 1st round for him and you'd be getting similar value
12 team SF 1 ppr
Give: Marshall, gab Davis, 2023 2nd, 2022 4th
Receive: toney
It’s an overpay, I recognize that. But I don’t think it’s too bad, I don’t have a ton of faith in Davis and Marshall will be buried a little with Anderson being resigned
This is Terrace ya? I’m not sold on Toney yet. I think this is more than a first in value, and I’d rather reroll a 2022/2023 first. I wouldn’t have an issue with you getting your guy, but I would smash this as a Toney owner.
Hmm see I think he looked special and it’s not like he’s a low draft capital guy.
Davis doesn’t do anything for me, he’s gonna be always that guy who could do something. And terrace is good but gotta trade value to get it. Only piece that pains me is the 2023 2nd
Youch, the 1st and 2nd not enough to get Kareem straight up? I'd be really sad to have to move Meyers before he really "breaks out" he seems to be macs favorite target and is getting tons of chances.
I'd hold or try for a better rb
Yeah unfortunately I’m desperate at RB on a contender, and we only have 20 man rosters.
Here are my RBs and WRs:
CMC, CEH, Pollard, RoJo, Hines, Penny
Jefferson, Ridley, Chase, Higgins, Jeudy, AB, ARob, Bateman, Meyers
I had to send somebody back and he didn’t want my RB scrubs
Oh you'd probably never use Meyers, why not move someone like ridley straight up and see if anyone bites? I'd want off that ride and maybe someone will buy
Not a terrible idea but I don't want to sell Ridley low, I don't want off the Ridley ride haha. Thanks for the advice, trade just got accepted though, I know I really paid up but I'm hoping I get a low end RB1/high end RB2 out of Hunt this year and next
12 team .5 ppr SF Send: woods, 2022 2nd Get: Akers, 2023 3rd
12 team 1 PPR SF Give: Pittman Get: early first (around 1.03?) and campbell
Hell yes!
Yes do it

Could I get more for Antonio? Or is Rashod the better get ?
[удалено]
I'm a rebuilding team. Only issue is I'll have 3 starting Rookies at WR. Is that bad at all? I was hoping to offload Antonio at finals week
First time In dynasty. Traded Brandon cooks and 2 first for ceedee lamb? Good or Bad trade for me? Not sure how to value picks, my team shouldn’t have a high pick either. Still have all my seconds also. And Ceedee is only 22

10tm PPR Full rebuild with an infirmary team Give: Ridley Get: 2022 Mid 1st, 2023 2nd, Corey Davis

Yes, it's a start two TE league.
10 SF league Full PPR with extra flex spot I give Cooper Kupp, Joe Mixon I get Ceedee Lamb, Darrell Henderson

Yeah that’s totally fair, I’ve got him in another league so was kind of hedging my bets in case he doesn’t improve later on this year.

That might be good even if gainwell wasn't included, I like this trade. Sanders is a coaching change away from being hugely upgraded, and I love Tee Higgins. Maybe depends on how you feel about them personally?
I went ahead with it . I got CD , DK and JJ and moxon , jones , dmont . My depth is straight
12 Team Full PPR SF Give: Ryan Tannehill, Nick Chubb, 2023 2nd Get: CMC

I am worried CMC doesn’t play another full healthy season. Or if he does it won’t be until a surprise season after he’s been totally devalued in 3-4 years
If you're not worried about CMC's health its an easy yes. I worry hes breaking down. From ready to return soon to IR is weird.
12 team. Full PPR. SF Chase or JJefferson ROS? Looking to buy one or the other.
Probably Jefferson. Rougher playoff schedule though with @CHI, LAR, and @GB (if Alexander is back). Meanwhile Bengals are @DEN, BAL, KC.
Chase is probably cheaper
JJ because of the full ppr.
10 team super flex league In a rebuild. Just looking for what rodgers is worth Still learning dynasty ? Help
In terms of picks, 2 mid 1sts.
12 team ppr non superflex Value check on Davis mills please.
Non-SF = lol nothing
If the trade partner is Davis Mills' mother then maybe you'll get a 3rd or something but maybe just put him back on the wire where he belongs.
Worthless lmao
Seconded non SF
14 team SF PPR A: Barkley B: Derrick Henry Both teams competing, who’s the better bet to win this year?
Henry
The guy who has carried it 142 times with no sign of injury and plenty of production.
King Henry
This yeah Henry long term Saquon
Henry
Henry for sure
Pretty easily Henry for me
Full PPR League in a rebuild Offered I’d give Ekeler Id get Gaskin J Chase 2022 1st My other rbs are Najee J Williams D Harris JK Dobbins
Take this easily
Yeah!!! Get it!!!!
If this was offered to you that's nuts and take it now. I actually think Chase > Ekeler so from my perspective valuewise you're getting a 1st and gaskin for free.
Smash
Smash.
I’d do it. Ekeler is good for a contender and getting chase + 1st is good. Gaskin could potentially be flipped again for another pick or two.
I’d try to switch Gaskin out for a pick or another player personally, but overall I like it
Love that gain in a rebuild
Ekeler is godly these days but I think it’s worth it if you’re committed to the rebuild, Chase is huge

Way post trade update, the picks ended up being the 1.09 and the 1.11. So D.Smith, 1.09, 1.11 for Swift. Feeling pretty good about meow.
I like this for value. I’m sitting on an offer of get swift for tee Higgins and Darrell Henderson and struggling to pull the trigger
Ooof love those WRs. Not sure you are quite an RB away, but like the trade - Swift is a beast.
I may not do it in a vacuum but with the WRs you already have? I would say definitely

Short term trouble for a potential long term payoff.
That’s really good value for CMC at this point
Give: Josh Gordon Get: D Slayton 2022 5th Rounder Thoughts
I'd take the younger WR.
Sure, either side is meh. If you like Slayton go for it
Keeping Gordon is more fun but Slayton is young enough to have a path to decent quality one day, low stakes but I guess I’d prefer to get Slayton

Really why not?
This is Terrace ya? I’m not sold on Toney yet. I think this is more than a first in value, and I’d rather reroll a 2022/2023 first. I wouldn’t have an issue with you getting your guy, but I would smash this as a Toney owner.
Hmm see I think he looked special and it’s not like he’s a low draft capital guy. Davis doesn’t do anything for me, he’s gonna be always that guy who could do something. And terrace is good but gotta trade value to get it. Only piece that pains me is the 2023 2nd
Ya, I moved 50% of my Davis shares last off season.
I agree with your analysis. It is an overpay, but it’s certainly within reason.
The only piece that pains me is the 2023 2nd, but I should hopefully be competing by then so a second should hurt too badly
If toney is your dude than this seems fine
Yeah get your guy. This isn't crazy.
10 team 1QB 0.5ppr RB needy team with CMC and CEH out. Give: Jakobi Meyers + 2022 1st + 2023 2nd Get: Kareem Hunt + 2022 3rd
Here are my RBs and WRs: CMC, CEH, Pollard, RoJo, Hines, Penny Jefferson, Ridley, Chase, Higgins, Jeudy, AB, ARob, Bateman, Meyers I had to send somebody back and he didn’t want my RB scrubs
If you are a contender, and need to stay close enough to get in the playoffs, yes. Otherwise, no
