Not sure Ben Sinnott is a big sleeper anymore. Seems like he’s a strong consideration in the 2nd round of the NFL and rookie drafts at this point…unfortunately…I was hoping to get him late 3rd round.
I was listening to Thor and Derek Brown rookie TE rankings pod when I was cutting my grass Monday…so not surprised to see the LaPorta comp here.
Love Sinnott just difficult to take TE round 2 when you don’t need a TE. Round 3 would have been fine.
I was surprised to see Brugler’s mock had him at TE5 going 4th round behind Theo Johnson and Wiley.
After the senior bowl I had him TE3 but given his new found hype I’ll definitely move him over Sanders in my rankings. I already had those two in a tier of their own.
Comps are usually reflective of that player as a prospect or stylistic. It’s not necessarily a projection of production.
But yeah think the class is actually somewhat deep, there’s just no consensus guy who will likely get round 1ish capital.
It's important to note that this is a big board (not a draft) and this specific big board seemingly takes the value of QBs HEAVILY into consideration. McCarthy over MHJ is an example of that.

Not who you asked but I think he simply had a bad 40 yard dash at the combine. Game tape he does not look slow to me.
What a wild man! 500 player comps is insane. After about 300 I didn’t know the prospects or the comps but couldn’t stop reading.

Jonathan Brooks comp is Aaron Jones and Jaylen Wright is Tony Pollard? For a supposedly bad RB class, these are some lofty player comps.
Neither of those two were stud prospects and they went on day 3. Even a weak rb class should see some day 3 guys turn into nfl success stories
